I took my younger sister to buy a Mangoneada today, they are delicious yet the customer service was no bueno. We walk in and didn't get eye contact or a greeting. There aren't any signs that say to form a line yet we saw there was a line of people so went to the back. This line gets awkward because paying customers have to go through the line to get to the register to pay and again have to go through the line to exit the business. Our turn was next, we stood in front the ice cream to take a look at the flavors used for the Magoneada (which don't have labels either). The lady employee asked if we had our order taken, we told her, "no." She then asked, "why did you get out of the line?" I looked at her confused and asked "what do you mean?" She then said that people form a line and wait their turn "back there." I told her we were in line, "back there," waited, and we wanted to see the flavors. She looked frustrated. I told her, "your business should have signs or you should communicate that with people." That made me really uncomfortable, like it was my fault and it bothered her. The people behind us told her, "they were in front of us," and she still told us she would take our order after them. Another lady made our Mangoneadas. The first lady again was trying to charge us for 2 Medium Magoneadas, I told her they were small, she admitted, "oh yeah, I see it on the screen." What a way to make the customer feel like coming back. I don't ever write bad reviews but this is an opportunity to make things better for...
Read morereally sad that I’m a regular, always tip, and always are very respectful, but instead I get here at 9:17 pm on a Saturday night and am greeted to the door being locked. There are still customers inside and an employee right by the door! So I knocked, nicely! And every customer looked at me, except for the employee right by the door, she was laughing at me. That made me upset so I decided to wait for one of the customers to come out, this is all happening in the same minute by the way it’s still 9:20 pm. So as soon as the door opened as a customer was leaving, that employee was guarding the door to shut it again. I asked nicely, aren’t you guys still open could I order? I think you guys are open 10 more minutes! And she completely told me to leave and that her “manager said we are closed” and that they close at 9. Many people said don’t go here but I kept giving them chances, tipping these employees was a horrible mistake because you have no customer service skills whatsoever!! This girl in particular in photo lmao she Wants to laugh in customers faces, we are where ur checks come from bbygirl so switch ur attitude up!! Lol very unappealing place n people...
