I’m so upset that I have to update this review. I have never come to this shop and done cheap deals, always a big deal, always thought they were a great shop. Yesterday I was treated so poorly, mind you, I do not frequent this shop regularly, only to complete sets, trade, and this one time to sell. I was not happy with how the cards were being handled by a new employee who tore the protective cases I had them in to get a closer look. He could’ve been more diligent as they easily open when handled correctly. Paul, who I’ve met before, stepped in to help price out the lot of cards I had. On this visit they offered me much less than I had ever received for cards and they gave me many reasons as to why, none of them added up. It was totally fine, I declined the offer and had another buyer lined up. I asked for the cards back and figured I’d put them back into the cases later as I’d have to buy new ones to replaced the ones that were ripped. I asked the new employee (male, glasses, painted fingernails, rude attitude) for the cards back and asked if they were all there, he said yes and I left. Upon arriving to the next buyer, many cards were missing, mostly a stack that they weren’t interested in because I didn’t like the price and they were specific older cards which they said they clientele weren’t really interested in that sort of stuff. A set of XY gym trainers (Pokemon) and a few other singles. There were so many cards I’m not even sure what all was missing. After calling today I was treated like I was lying, and making all of this up. I don’t expect special treatment but I feel like I’ve brought them very good business and have been a great customer just to be treated badly and have my things misplaced by the guys behind the counter. I really do hope this gets resolved.

Poor customer service. Put in an order for ~25 MTG cards, order was ignored for a total of 11 business hours between Friday-Saturday. When I followed up on the order status, I was told via phone that employees filling card list orders via email isn't preferable and that I should come look through the binders myself.

Letting a customers order sit and not communicating to that customer that it's too busy to find 25 cards (when my email and phone number were attached in the order), such that I had to call Dueling Land to figure out what is going on is pretty insane from a customer service perspective. Then to be seemingly indifferent to that order being neglected and to effectively say "come do it yourself", I am disappointed.

When there are so many competing shops within a reasonable driving distance or I can order on TCGPlayer/Card Kingdom, why would I settle for being treated like an inconvenience? Tried to give this shop business. Seems like it's too much of a hassle to search for 25 cards to take my money and retain a customer. I'll just be going to...

At first, when I discovered this store, I thought it was incredible; the service was incredible. After a few weeks, someone appeared that I hadn't seen before, and the times I've been served for this guy have been terrible. Both in person and on the phone, this guy seems like he doesn't want to work. When I went to buy Lorcana, I asked him about a Shimmering set and he immediately said they didn't sell that type of cards. Bro, what you talking about?????? if I bought the same set 2 days ago, recently on the phone I called and asked for the new set from lorcana fabled just to know when I could go to the store to get it (the other guy told me that they're going to sell 1 per person so I called to know what day) and he said I don't know, aren't you working there? Why this guy treat people like that, I gave it 2 stars just because the first guy was amazing, but with this new guy mmmm...
