O man where do I start ! The guy working here drinking beer after beer taking them to the back and forgotten my beer for 20 minutes that I ordered! Or should we start out with the girl with half purple hair ! She was so rude the second i walked in to the restaurant like I was bothering her ! It's my buddy Tyler's birthday and I brought ice cream cake cup cakes we needed to stay frozen ! We called ahead and asked if they could keep them cold no problem ! When we got here the girl made a HUGE PROBLEM PURPLE HAIR! I JUST WANNA LET EVERYONE KNOW I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FROM THE 1ST DAY THIS PLACE OPENED THE DOORS !15plus years i think. Second my buddy has a service dog and it turned into a huge problem and asking for paper work and all kinds or crazy stuff ! Also they called the boss when we were the only people in here ! NEXT THE GIRL WITH PURPLE HAIR WONT LET A SINGLE PERSON THAT CAME INTO THE RESTAURANT AT 8PM ORDER FOOD TO GO OR TO STAY SAYING THEY ARE CLOSING ! I WATCHED 4 COUPLES WALK OUT SO PISSED OFF. IVE NEVER EVER SEEN THAT BEFORE . SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP AND THE GUY DRINKING BEERS ALL NIGHT AND HE DOESNT EVEN LOOK 21 . THATS 1 A HUGE HUGE LAW SUIT! THE MANGER IS FILRTING WITH THE BEER DRINKING KID ALL NIGHT ! ** Came back a 2nd time...... still not better!
First time visiting this restaurant off of a recommendation from a customer of my work place. The atmosphere was quiet, low music playing in the background. When I walked in there was no one eating. There were 4 people in the restaurant and all were waiting on their food. They were running a lunch special where you get 1/2 or 1lb plus side and drink for $11 or $17 respectively. It took me a minute to decide on what I wanted so I stepped out to take a call and then came back in. I ordered the $17 lunch special, 2 wing flavors and curly fries. I then waited while drinking some delicious Jones soda. Most people get indulged in their phone while waiting so I can see why no one notices that it takes 20 minutes for an order on average. 20 mins for a small restaurant with almost no one in the restaurant is unreasonable. If you have all the time in the world to wait for your food then this place isnt a bad place to eat. But if you expect your food to be served in a reasonable amount of time and for them to respect those with jobs to get back to, pass on this place. I hope they do a study on ticket times and do something to improve it.
I stopped by a 2nd time to give them the benefit of doubt, and their service didn't improve! Do not go here unless you dont want your time respected! They dont respect your time! They act like it's normal to wait almost 20 minutes...

Best Wings Ever, Period.
I recently returned to Wing Hut for my third time this past year last Friday, having randomly found out about this place on Reddit on a weekend trip to Denver from Amarillo this past March. The first time we visited, we ran in to the door 10 minutes before close and were greeted with phenomenal hospitality, as if we had walked in and were the first customers of the day. In fact we were so thrilled with our experience there that we came back first thing Sunday morning for lunch before we drove back down to Texas.
The beer selection is excellent - featuring several varied styles as well as breweries. The wings, as mentioned above, are the best wings I have ever had. From the wide range of sauces - I personally recommend the garlic parm (which is based in buffalo, for a unique taste that I've yet to see anywhere else) and Bee Sting (honey hot), Wing Hut has a flavor for everyone with perfectly cooked wings to compliment the wide range of flavors. This last visit, I experienced excellent service from Caleb - who remembered our visit from March, as well as the rest of the staff.
