I’ve been to this spa three times and gifted spa days to others three times. Four of the six experiences were good. One was acceptable, and one was bad enough that it will be a long time before I go back (if ever since it’s a 1.5 hour drive for me).

After requesting more pressure four times, I finally gave up and realized that I was going to receive a subpar massage (generous description). The lack of pressure was reminiscent of the very beginning of a massage. I felt as if I was constantly waiting for the massage to actually start. Cold oil hit my body at least three times. The conclusion of the massage was abrupt, and I felt like I was still drenched in oil and more tense than when I arrived. I should have stopped the massage after my third request for massage pressure and the realization that nothing with the experience was going to improve. To add insult to injury, the enhancements did not improve the experience at all. They were, in fact, uncomfortable likely because the technique used with them was poor. Also, the steam room was not as nice as I remembered—musty and had difficulty getting up to steam/heat. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

I gave two stars instead of one because my first experience was good; however, the last experience almost erases the previous experiences. Amazing service, beautiful ambiance and incredible massage. I had a custom massage with Megan and it was top notch. I regularly get massages at a variety of places and this was a special experience from the moment I walked in. I was first greeted by the friendly staff, hoping they would have availability the same day and they were able to accommodate. The staff invited me to come an hour early or stay after my service to enjoy the relaxing fireplace lounge, steam room and rain shower.

The massage came with two add ons and my therapist walked me through the different choices. I got the cbd oil and scalp massage and would highly recommend. Megan used the perfect pressure and checked with me before and during to make sure it was to my liking. I really liked her technique, combining stretches, pressure points and fluid massage strokes. We started off the massage on the warm and cozy table along with Megan placing warm stones along my spine. She helped me to relax, reminding me to breathe and starting with aromatherapy oil before using the cbd. The ending of the massage was as wonderful as the start with a warm neck wrap. I didn’t want to get out of the bed!

At the spa, your service includes a drink for you to enjoy before or after your service along with waters, teas and snacks. Relaxing in the lounge was a wonderful way to continue to unwind after my service. Worth every penny! I would...

Absolutely incredible! My experience at Relâche Spa was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I walked in, I felt transported into a sanctuary of relaxation and bliss. The atmosphere was calming and beautifully designed, creating the perfect escape from the everyday hustle.

Barbara, my massage therapist, was truly a miracle worker! She has a rare gift for intuitively understanding exactly what my body needed. Her touch was both gentle and firm in all the right ways, melting away all the tension and stress I had been carrying. She worked magic on every muscle, and by the end of my massage, I felt renewed and re-energized. It was, without a doubt, the best massage I have ever had.

Christel, my assistant for the day, was equally wonderful. She attended to every detail with such warmth and care, ensuring my experience was absolutely flawless. From offering me refreshments to making sure I was comfortable and relaxed at all times, she anticipated every need before I even realized it. Her kindness and attention made me feel so valued and pampered.
