Let me tell you something about The Copper Table at the Gaylord Rockies: if brunch were an Olympic sport, this place would be holding the gold medal in one hand and a mimosa in the other. First of all, PRO TIP for the rookies: if you parked and wept a little when you saw the parking rate—dry your tears. They validate! That’s right. Just ask your server and boom, instant victory over the parking overlords. Now let’s talk about the buffet. For $30, it’s like the breakfast gods themselves designed a spread to heal your soul. I made eye contact with the pastry display and honestly, I think it winked at me. But let me not bury the lede: THE SMOTHERED BURRITO is the true brunch boss. It’s the kind of burrito that makes you rethink all previous burrito choices. Hatch chiles, green chile, avocado crema... it’s basically a love letter to the Southwest wrapped in a tortilla. And the hot sauce game? WILD. They had a selection so bold it made me want to start a hot sauce podcast. I'm still emotionally recovering from that one bottle labeled "Crybaby Cleanse." Service was fast, friendly, and not once did anyone judge me for taking a photo of every single plate like a food influencer with four followers. Can’t wait to come back for dinner and see what they do when the sun goes down. Until then, I’ll be dreaming of that burrito and plotting my next hot sauce conquest. P.S. Ask for the corner booth by the window—it hits different

Ate at The Copper Table twice - once for dinner and once for brunch. They have kind of odd hours like closing at noon on weekdays which can be inconvenient. I got the Bison ribeye sandwich with Bison au jus. The meat was very tender and had a unique more gamey taste but in a good way. The cheese was a bit much but was still a great sandwich. The chips felt homemade but a bit salty. The au jus actually was pretty hearty and gave a nice balance to the saltiness from the rest of the meal. I also went for brunch on Saturday. Just an FYI, they have a separate brunch menu and a $30 brunch buffet which I decided to try. There were a lot of options including french toast, sausage, chia pudding, eggs Benedict, breakfast potatoes, lox, and had a Belgian waffle and omelet station. I thought the value was there with all the options and they were all pretty good quality. The honeycomb station was a nice touch too. I enjoyed everything I ate though only downside was there were quite a few fruit flies on some of the fruit at the waffle station. It's a bit pricey but the variety of options makes it worth it. I think this restaurant and others at the Gaylord do a weird thing where they ask customers to write reviews with their names in it so they can earn extra commission. Well, Lenworth provided great service at dinner and Mahlet friendly service at brunch. So, hope that helps.

Of the many establishments available at the Gaylord Rockies, I enjoyed the Copper Table best. You will be treated with prompt, orchestrated service & fun company if you are there when Marcos & Dom are behind the bar! They are naturals at banter with the guests at their bar & have lots of good local tips if you head into town. Marcos went out of his way to get me a special beet dish (shhh!) & Dom shared lots of in town gems to visit. I felt at home there, even within such a massive hotel complex - especially nice when you’re at a large conference & don’t know anyone! Excellent job! Oh! The rotisserie duck is amazing! The vegetables are a bit on the too rich to accompany a rich protein side for me & the potatoes were salty - but the duck was worth it! The stuffed trout was excellent & the rich veggies with it (rotisserie cooked in potentially duck fat!) were a good addition to this one. The smoked fish dip was good, not Florida style… could have been blended into a smoother mix to make dipping easier. Cavier on top was nice with it. It was served with homemade potato chips - kind of heavy with the creamy dip, tbh. Overall, it was great, though! Drinks were excellent & so said people near me for theirs, too. A tequila espresso martini??!! And they said it was fab! Kudos to Marcos & Dom!

★★★★★ A Stellar Meal and Even Better Service at Copper Table From the moment I walked into Copper Table, I knew I was in for a treat, but it was my server, Cheradee, who truly elevated the entire experience. Her customer care was nothing short of exceptional. She greeted me warmly, and read my demeanor to customize my experience. She was incredibly attentive throughout the afternoon without ever being intrusive. She offered thoughtful recommendations, checked in at all the right moments, and made me feel like I was her only table. Her passion for the menu and her desire to ensure I had a perfect lunch were clear and greatly appreciated. In addition I made a special request, and instead of saying no, she just made it happen. That is such a unique thing when dining out. If I could have given more than 5 stars for service I would have. The food itself was wonderful. I ordered the steak lettuce wraps, and they were a flavor explosion. The steak was perfectly seasoned and tender. It was paired with a vibrant, zesty sauce and fresh, crisp vegetables that created a harmonious balance of savory and fresh with every bite. These are not your average lettuce wraps; they are a must-order. But the real star of the show was the Brussels sprouts. I've had them prepared in countless ways, but Copper Table's unique approach was a delightful surprise. They were well caramelized, creating a beautiful depth of flavor. It was a blend of sweet, spicy, and savory that left me wanting more. Cheradee's fantastic service, combined with the inspired and delicious food, made for a truly memorable lunch. I can't...
