Rockies Trading Post — Local services in Aurora

This review is solely based on parking for this store. This is located inside a big beautiful hotel.

There’s a gatehouse with an automatic arm that will raise up to let you onto the property, without any kind of payment.

From there you drive up and around towards the hotel. Just before the hotel, there’s a parking lot to the right, but it’s valet with the same arm that raises but it appears to have a payment machine or ticket machine.

So I looked for any free self parking. There is another parking lot that stated self parking, but it also has the automatic arm that raises and also appeared to look like you had to pay to park.

This is unfortunate if this is the case, that in order to go to the store here, that you have to pay to park.

If someone can clarify that parking here is free, then I would come back to see what this store...

Was staying at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and needed some cold medicine for my niece. I located the Tylenol Cold & Flu liquid, which is my go-to since it works so well. To my surprise, I was charged TWICE the typical cost of this item at major retailers...$20! I understand places like these mark up items, but a 100% mark-up?! This place clearly thrives on gouging customers who don't have a reasonable alternative nearby!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Pay the fee to have UBER or some other delivery service bring you...
