I cannot say enough good things about Berrett Pest Control! A month or so ago I spotted a black widow right by my front door and last night either a tarantula or wolf spider in the backyard. This morning? I found jumping spiders in my window like OMG SPIDER CENTRAL HERE. With three dogs who are constantly in and out, I was beyond concerned and honestly, a little panicked.
First thing this morning at 8:30 AM, I called Berrett Pest Control as a brand new client. Letha scheduled me immediately and somehow got me a same-day appointment, by 11:00 AM, Jonathan, my technician, had already treated my entire 1,800 sq. ft. home inside and out. That’s less than three hours from initial call to completed service!
Jonathan was incredibly professional, thorough, and kind. He explained the process step-by-step, made sure the products used were safe for my dogs, and paid close attention to all the problem areas I pointed out. He covered every inch, baseboards, entryways, yard perimeters, windows and made me feel confident my home was fully protected.
On top of that, Monica provided additional customer service support, answering all my follow-up questions quickly and clearly. It’s rare to find a company where every person you interact with is this responsive and genuinely caring.
What stood out most was their speed, professionalism, and empathy. They understood how urgent my situation felt and went above and beyond to make my home safe.

Read moreI have been a member for a few years now. They use to have great service, however recently they have made a complete turn around on their services they went from 5* to 1*. I have been getting the run around since Friday, it’s Tuesday evening now. Friday I was scheduled to have someone come out and remove the spider, hornet and wasp nests. The guy was suppose to be here between 3-5 and called at 5 saying he had car issues but promised someone would be out Monday. Monday came along, I waited til noon, never heard from anyone, so I called customer service. The lady I spoke to kept saying the technicians last day was Friday but she was going to get someone out here. They just can’t come til Tuesday. I said if that was the soonest someone could come that will work. It’s now Tuesday 5:30 no one has come or contacted me. I just called customer service again, the man I spoke to this time literally said the same thing, the (different) technician that was scheduled yesterday to come today also left the company! I advised the man that was what I was told yesterday as well. He assured me it was a different technician who has also left the company, That’s 3 technicians (including my original technician who left the company about a month ago) that have left and in a months time. Apparently someone is suppose to come tomorrow but I will believe it when I see it.
Don’t waste your money with this company they guarantee they will come our between your quarterly sprays if you have a pest issues and then never do. I have had to handle 2 of the 3 nests I requested they come out for.. So if you really want someone who sticks to their words, don’t use Berrett...
Read moreThis was the worst experience with a Pest Control Service. I originally received service in May 2024, I paid for an Exclusion Service because I had raccoons in attic. They came out and saw several opening for rodents to have access. They close the openings and came back three (3) times to make sure everything was okay. Moving forward so, in November 2024 the raccoons returned, As well as mice entering the house. An inspector came out and look around he reviewed my service plan and stated that the Exclusion Service I received was wrong and that he would not have recommended this plan due to the age and condition of the house. He made several recommendations and finally came up with a monthly service plan. We still had mice coming in, another inspector came out and found missed opening. So in December 2024, they finally out again to close the opening. The technician made a statement, indicating that the reasons for the mice was because I left food out and they come in for food. I was cooking in my kitchen when he made the statement. I say all of this because they charged me to fix a service that they had wrongly provided.
