I don’t usually write reviews, but after going to Nordstrom and searching around for 20 minutes to find someone who could actually help me unlock dressing room this was a breath of fresh air! The ladies, that work here are truly about being helpful and giving great service. It’s so easy to park, you can go in and find exactly what you need with their help and you know you’re going to love it. It was so warm for my holiday party. The outfit that I had planned was not going to work, so on a whim, I went in and within 20 minutes I had a great cranberry velvet short sleeve top and black wide leg pants that I love so much I want them in another color! The prices are very reasonable and they don’t work on commission so they’re not pushy to make you want to buy something. They truly give you an honest opinion on if it’s working for you or not and if not they suggest great options! They also have enough staff where you’re not waiting around forever for someone to get another size or check you out! So many stores have one person working the register, helping people and getting sizes that’s impossible for one person to do all of that! If you haven’t gone in, I really suggest you go. Blue Gardenia is the best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time and a gorgeous store. The owner, Bethany, was made to do this and her team was very friendly and helpful as well. I felt welcomed immediately and had excellent customer service the whole time. The team helped with suggestions, swapped out sizes, kept my items for me so I could shop hands free and offered me a beverage - this experience was second to none. The store looks smaller on the outside than it is- not only do they stock a wide selection of clothing items (lots of great sweaters and jackets for winter weather and cold offices), but they also have a great gift and accessories section. I was so excited to visit Blue Gardenia, and today I finally carved out time to indulge in some proper shopping! I'm thrilled that this GEM is so close to Circle C, especially in an area where boutique's are limited. The owner has been incredibly thoughtful in her selections. It's such a joy to see a shop that puts so much effort into curating fresh and exciting products, from stylish outfits to fun gifts.
