YOU CAN’T MAKE THIS UP IF YOU TRIED.
This store could single handedly ruin Chipotles brand. Stopped in last night at 8:25pm for 3 quick tacos. Before getting inside I was stopped by another patron trying to close the door on me. I pushed past the guy to find out he was told to lock the door on his way out. Let me repeat that, a paying customer was told to lock the door on their way out of the restaurant 2 hours before close.
I ignored the instruction and approached the food line to place an order. I noticed off to my left 10 or so people waiting to claim their orders. My suspicion was that this place got rocked with online/delivery orders.
A nice young man who disclosed he was on his second week of work began to take my order. The woman who was working the 2nd part of the line (manager) began to curse at other employees and in front of customers. Employees started cursing at each other and this place turned into absolute chaos. Clearly they were all under-trained and underprepared for the amount of through traffic this place does. To add to the unorganization this is one of the only Chipotle restaurants I’ve seen with a drive up window.
Part of me feels for the employees who are getting paid the same amount whether they have 250 DoorDash type deliveries to tend to or 10 people standing in line to place their own orders.
This was one of the most uncomfortable and awkward experiences and will make me think twice the next time I go to order food from here.
Someone at the corporate level needs to step in and help before this...
Read moreI ordered from the Chipotle app so I could pick up at the drive thru. When I received my order, I could immediately tell that the bag felt very light compared to usual. Pulled into a parking spot and opened the bag to find that my burrito bowl was only about half full. I went inside and waited in line to request to have my order fixed. The employee informed me that there was nothing she could do so I asked if she could have the manager come over and look at it. The manager was at the drive through window which was about 8 steps away from the counter and she refused to come fix the problem. They gave me a tiny little cup of chicken and cheese because part of my complaint was that I had ordered extra cheese and extra chicken and still had a half full burrito bowl.
I used to go to Chipotle almost every day during my lunch break, now I don't go at all. An additional not is that this location used to have quite a lot of employees that were there for over a year and a half. I had never seen this manager who refused to help me on this day and I can only assume that she's the one who ran off their previous employees that I was used to seeing. Super disappointed that she didn't get a simple problem fixed and even more disappointed that she didn't have the decency to even walk a few steps to verify if my complaint was legitimate.

Read moreI would give zero stars if possible. This was the third time I've tried to eat at this place... the other two times, they closed early for unknown reasons. Tonight, I got "lucky" that they were semi-open. They wouldn't let people inside due to a "food shortage", but allowed online orders for pick up. I was going to explain to them that making people pick up outside vs inside will have no effect on the amount of food required for each order.... but based on my initial conversation with an employee, I realized it would be a losing battle. I placed my online order, waited 10 minutes, and picked up the food. See the pictures below. I ordered a SALAD, and received a salad without the main ingredient of salad...... lettuce. I ordered a BURRITO and received some of the internal components of a burrito. I of course didn't realize this until I was 10 minutes away at home... so I called to ask for my money back. I was given excuses that there was a food shortage again. I was then hung up on mid complaint by an "assistant general manager". The best word for this place would be pathetic. They are taking orders without letting people know that the main component of their order is missing. Such incompetence and apathetic behavior will never see one of my dollars again.
