Her response to my review, just blows my mind! Just goes to show how ignorant she sounds. After the $645 she owed me + the $295 sent from me to her in error she stills owes me $175 even with the necklace sent to me for $295. Like clearly she doesn’t understand and is trying to cover things up. I’m sorry but I am a very honest person in general and would never lie about these things! By the way my Afterpay has nothing to do with her or her business. I paid with Venmo and PayPal. And I have proof! Don’t sit here and play victim. It’s not my fault YOUR not being fronted anymore and shows for a REASON.

Anyone who does business with this lady ⚠️⚠️BECARFUL⚠️⚠️⚠️ I placed a layaway with her months ago paid it in full and then waited weeks for my things. Then she stated she was having problems with her dealer but in all reality she is going bankrupt. Promised to order other things in exchange even ended up stating she would do a refund. I then waited two weeks for PayPal to turn around cancel the refund due to her financial institution saying she had insufficient funds 😮😮 SO I disputed it through PayPal the best way I could. This lady still owes me $175 from a payment in the amount of $295 I accidentally sent her instead of sending a request. Attached is all the screenshots from our conversations not to include what she says in person. Also all I can say is always send Venmo’s or cash app’s with the buying an item! Unfortunately i have taken a lost to this reason. Due to that I can’t dispute it with Venmo on all the cash payments I made. Please SHARE! I’m sure I’m not the first or only person this has happened to.

I have had nothing but good experiences & jewelry from Dora. I have spent a couple thousand dollars at least with her and I have NEVER been let down. I always leave happy and satisfied with my purchases. I have in fact bought jewelry from other places and it just cannot compare to the quality of Dora's jewelry for the price! She will also work with you if you are vocal, she is very understanding. Since I am a return customer she has even dropped her prices on pieces she's had for a while. Honestly I will continue to shop for jewelry here, 85% of my jewelry is from here. I will honestly say the bad reviews are BOGUS! Most times its from previous customers, who couldn't make their payments on time and ended up having their jewelry put back on sale. PEOPLE WITH ANY PLACE IF YOU DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT ON TIME YOU FOREFIT THE $ YOU HAVE PUT IN AND/OR YOU LOSE THE ITEM AS WELL. Making a payment arrangement is the same as paying a bill. All companies have rules and stipulations to payment arrangements. Also some people are just haters and do not like the person so they say cruel things about the business! Dora is courteous, friendly, reasonable and just an all out down to earth person. I started shopping about 2 years ago and have never been let down. Her stuff is not fake, I had a previous boyfriend whom I purchased multiple pieces for and he PAWNED all of them. They never gave him trouble either because her jewelry is not fake! I refuse to buy gold anywhere else. Dora has the best prices & customer service in the ATX. I always get complimented on my jewelry & I always put new ppl on to her. I have quite a big collect of gold jewelry & have been to a lot of places but she really tops all of them. After coming across her, I don’t go anywhere else.
