Cub was extremely great to work with. I went to him as a recommendation from a trusted friend who I knew was particular about how he likes things. When I first met Cub, he did such a great job of explaining the processes to me. He never upsold me on anything, in fact, he told me where I could save money and where it was worth spending a little extra. Then he just let me take it away. I provided for him my inspiration from different rings, sent him drawings I made to show what little detail I wanted to focus on. Cathedral vs. not cathedral? No problem—he showed me a rendering of both. "Could you move the halo a little lower?" Sure thing! He really helped bring my vision to life.

The 3D renderings he made were so extremely helpful and looked great—but were absolutely nothing compared to what the piece looked like in real life. Honestly, I am not sure whether to thank him or to be skeptical—did my fiancée say yes to me or the ring? lol. It really is that beautiful. Almost every day now for 10 months, she wakes up and tells me, “Gosh, I absolutely love this ring.” Every time she washes her hands with a little soap, that ring glimmers, and I catch her just staring at it. He was quick to share his knowledge; on our fist visit he spent the entire time teaching us about attributes of various materials, the jewelry supply chain, & latest design trends. At no point did he push us to buy anything, he told us to go out and look at various rings and designs and come back when we were ready.

After a couple weeks of research, my fiancé shared her vision and they worked together on a design. Once they had a design they liked, he showed us various stones we could purchase that would meet her preferences but at different price points. From that point on, Cub worked directly with me to complete the ring and gave me the opportunity to surprise her with the finished product. It was a wonderful process and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a fun and interesting journey that led to the ring of her dreams.

Absolute BEST experience I have ever had with a jeweler. Cub is great at what he does; he's very intricate with explaining how everything works and big on attention to every single detail. He redesigned my current wedding ring to adjust it for a larger diamond. He knew how important the integrity of my original ring was to me and when I received it, it looked like the day my husband asked me to marry him! I will never go anywhere else for my jewelry needs.

I also have to mention that his customer service was impeccable. He kept me informed every step of the way and even had my new ring sent to the resort where I was staying so that I could receive my upgraded wedding ring on my anniversary!!
