Sandwich Artist (Jose)argued with me, food cross contamination . he took the pieces of chicken pices from Rost beef and he put into my sandwich. I said, don't do it in  my sandwich. He said,  so what ,  it is food. I am surprised, he doesn't know Health department requirements. He doesn't have knowledge about food handling. He talked his owner throw by security camera, what he did. One more surprise, what kind of training he got from them. He didn't hand wash before make sandwich. He Just wore the gloves.

I came to buy 2 sandwich, one is chicken sub, Other one veg sub. After this issue happened, just i bought veg sub only. He is not eligible to customer service.

Finally Other sandwich artists made my 12" veg sub . She made ok. But I forgot tell to her , toast my sandwich, because of this confusion. Totally unnecessary disgusting issues, we came to eat, you are here for selling food. Don't make disgusting things.

Train the employee in right way, check them "food handling certification ". Many people don't eat beef and pork. Take care all of them, because subway have lot of customers from different food cultures too.

Went in yesterday, February 25 2024,1st ,they moved the register closer to the door ,order here is on the opposite end,2nd there's a lady ,a man with her,a older gentleman and myself. the manager ask who's first?The lady in the overalls with green /brown hair steps up starts ordering, the manager cuts her off and starts taking the man order who is with her ,she stands there ,stunned,then goes to the bathroom ,comes out and goes and sit in they're truck,waiting for him,now we're grumbling in the line,angry at that treatment, her husband remained cool,but still.Then the who was making the sandwiches, probably never had a sandwich with meat in his life,she had that kid ,do this ,do that ,he's confused. The employee turnaround in this store is bad,yes I've ordered online and it's not ready by the time you get there,and the manager wants you to take a seat.Subway meats and veggies are supposed to be stocked and in the refrigerator, not here.So the gentleman in front of me gets his sandwiches, leaves,shaking his head, he's disappointed too,my turn ,same sandwiches I always get,sad ,as I've said,the young man probably hasn't had a sandwich ,with meat in his life,the problem seems to be...

I walked in to order at 630pm 11/20 and I saw there was a sign on the door that says they will close at 7pm even though online states otherwise?? I walked in and the Hispanic guy with NO MASK was there cleaning up, he made eye contact with me then rolled his eyes and went to the back. He started bringing stuff back out and then just waited for me to start ordering no greeting or anything. I knew I should have just left considering there is other subways within 10 mins from this location but my God, this is up the street from my house, it literally takes 1 min too make a sub sandwich including the warm up time. This guys attitude was terrible and I asked him why he had a attitude too?! Like I don’t play about my food and he chose the RIGHT person to get a attitude with which prompted this review. fix your attitude!! If you don’t like your job, leave! He’s weird getting fussy over making a sandwich and now I’ll take my business else where. It only takes one bad apple to ruin the whole bunch. Mind you I eat at this location 2-3 times a week and I see him mostly everytime but not once has he made the sub for me so this was a very unpleasant first...
