If I could give this company 0 I would. The amenities in the neighborhood are constantly broken. They forgot to renew their contract with the pool management company during this summer resulting in a multi week closure. They are the most ticky tacky when it comes to fines. I was told I would have a 60 day hold on my account as I was out of town and came back to hundreds of dollars in fines racked up during this “hold” period. The homes in these neighborhoods are lemons and have issues from improper electrical and plumbing, to poor grading, and more. Avoid these people and communities built and run by them...

Read moreThe HOA is completely controlled by the developer and often sends out incorrect notices. They also have a ridiculous fee that you have to pay when you sell, so make sure you factor that in to the cost of ownership.
Existing residents are not included in the conversation at all. We don’t even know who “represents” us on the board and we are automatically muted in all HOA meetings. It’s top down rule for the benefit of the developer without concern for the interests...
