We found Hifi Install to be truly fantastic from beginning to end, for our home theater setup. I fielded about 5-7 different quotes and Dustin stood out among them all. His pricing on service and equipment was fair, his knowledge was extensive, and he gave an honest assessment on what was necessary and what was just marketing. For installation setup, he was flexible and accessible and showed up on time. During installation, he ran into a couple of challenges that the setup of our home provided, which required some custom work for our speakers and re-positioning the projector – in both cases he showed his experience by finding solutions that didn’t affect neither the aesthetics nor the performance. I was really impressed by his sincere commitment to making sure were satisfied with the job, and he would stress this as being very important to him. Everything looked great and he patiently walked us through how to use it. A few weeks after the installation, we noticed we wanted to change some of the sound settings and had a minor issue the projector, Dustin promptly responded and came back out to help us through it. I was impressed with my initial consultation w/ Hifi Install. The salesman, Dustin, was very knowledgeable and very hands on. He knew the product line I wanted and what would best compliment it. He designed a very competitive system design and had it back to me within days of our first meeting. I made a few small tweaks to his suggestions and we were in business.

His team had my theater up and running within a week of equipment deposit. After the hardware was installed, Dustin personally came back to mic the room and calibrate the listening experience. He also calibrated my new TV to it's peak viewing clarity. I could tell the difference it made right away, especially the audio settings as you sit in one of my four special ordered Cambridge power leather theater seats, also Dustin's recommendation. This uniform vibe really complimented my existing decor with a combination of powerful sound, you can actually hear the sound move past you. I actually turned my head to a door knock that was really in the movie I was watching!

Colin & Dustin really know their industry. I called Colin on a Saturday and Dustin was out Monday for an estimate. I thought it was going to be a simple job that may not require an estimate, but Colin assured me their would be no charge and this would be a way to ensure no surprises on install day.
