I would like to begin my review by stating that I work at a flower shop and know my way around flowers. I also know how crazy Valentine's Day can be. It's unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review for this "business." My experience started off as a good one. I ordered a bouquet online to go to a friend, same-day. I forgot to add my name to the end of the card, so I called (no answer), texted (no answer), then Facebook messaged (answered), and they were happy to add it on for me, for which I was grateful. I was also appreciative that the flowers had been delivered in a vase as there had been an extenuating circumstance with the recipient. The problem occurred the day after the delivery. I received pictures of the arrangement. Doing the math, I knew my bouquet did not amount to what had been presented on the website. No florist should put a grand chunk of filler in the back of an arrangement, either. I was extremely unhappy and portrayed this to the company. They responded by telling me they could go retrieve the flowers and give me a refund. Well, first of all, it's not the recipient's fault at all - I'm not going to take the flowers away from her. It was the customer (me) who was upset. They told me they could not replace them that day. But, for a full refund, they would have to be picked up that same day. Well, because I was not taking the flowers away from my friend, and they could not be replaced that day, I opted to not receive a refund. The owner stated she would like to speak with me. Fine. One of the first things she noted was that they were charging more for flowers this week because of Valentine's Day. This was not notated anywhere on their website, I would have upgraded. She then tried to tell me that two types of flowers (of very different variety) cost the same amount. She explained to me that nothing could look like a picture, which I knew, and that certain flowers aren't in season this type of year, which I knew. At the end of the day, what did I want? To be valued as a customer. I said I was posting a review and she threatened me and said she would post our entire text chain showing that on their busiest day, I was being paid attention to. Which is fine, because that is what SHOULD happen. I could never dream, as a florist, to not replace flowers for someone who was unhappy. Refunds are not always the answer. Taking flowers away from someone is not the answer. I am in the business of flowers and my goal is to make people happy and to make sure people get their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered flowers for my girlfriend as a surprise but didnāt know what to get. So I got online and found loose leaf and I have to say their selection was perfect. And insanely affordable. I requested a certain time and had them sent to her work. They arrived exactly on time and gave them directly to her. Their website is extremely easy to use and I had a few questions about the flowers (Iām not great with them lol) so I called them up and they were 100% helpful and made some great suggestions.
I would highly recommend them and will be using them again!Best flower shop I have used so far. Iāve tried two others in Austin but loose leaf has the best pricing and way more tasteful...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo disappointed - I ordered a bunch of flowers for Valentine's day on 01/19, nearly a month in advance. I messaged Loose Leaf as soon as I made the order to check they had received the order and that they saw it was for delivery on 02/14 and I didn't hear anything back. On the morning of 02/14, I got an email saying my order was refunded, no explanation. I tried calling, no answer. I have emailed and had no response. They have left me completely high and dry on the day I was expecting the flowers to arrive, how am I now supposed to get a bunch of flowers on Valentine's day? They had an entire month to tell me they couldn't fulfill the...
