The first time we had shaved ice here was really good, so we came back and were thoroughly disappointed. Both the bowl and cup had a bunch of ice cubes in it, and overall was just disappointing. I paid $8 plus a $1 tip for the bowl and the employees clearly didn’t care to even blend all the ice. Was biting into ice cubes with every spoonful. My friend also ordered a smoothie which was genuinely one of the worst I’ve ever had. It had the consistency of phlegm and snot and tasted like unripe bananas with a really grainy texture. We hate sending things back and usually never do but that’s how bad this was…. We got looks from the employees when we asked politely if they could just blend a bit more ice in there and when they brought it back it was exactly the same. If the drinks and shaved ice cost like $5 then i wouldn’t really care that much but we’re paying $10 per item…
