Main Event Bowling Alley — Local services in Austin

Terrible service. I called 3 times to confirm walk in bowling was welcome. I didn't get an answer each time. We decided to go ahead and go. Me and my daughter took an uber from downtown Austin, only to arrive and be told there was a private event and bowling does not begin until 10pm for the public. I heard a staff member make a very rude comment to another staff about this. I informed them that I've made attempts to call and no one would answer, there only response back was the main office is already closed and that is why no one answered. Very poor response and lack of consideration for all others coming in the door. Staff members were sitting around up front and phones should be within access so moments like this could be prevented. I'm beyond frustrated that I have just had to spend $40 for a ride...

Horrible place, every single worker except the people at the reception have attitudes, as if they are always doing you a favor. They are getting paid, yet act as if you are just a burden. Horrible people in general.
