This was mine and my husbands first time buying a home, and we can’t say enough about Mark Alexander. He is a phenomenal realtor, who became a good friend to us. He is trustworthy, kind, honest, dependable, and extremely knowledgeable about real estate and this current crazy competitive market. Prior to finding Mark we had spoken with another realtor in a different company who did not seem to have our best interests in mind, but seemed to be more for the sellers. Finding Mark was a blessing. My husband and I didn’t know anything about buying a house, nor the process. Mark answered all of our questions along the way and was very responsive. He explained everything in great detail making sure we understood everything well. He was never impatient with us. With every house we wanted to see, he was very prompt and available to our needs, making sure we booked that same day or the next so we didn’t miss out on a good opportunity. After being out bid multiple times and losing the house we “thought” was our dream home, my husband and I started losing hope along the way, but Mark kept instilling positivity, telling us not to give up and the right one will come. And when we did find our actual dream home Mark fought for us to get the house and made sure to negotiate on our behalf that we keep the appliances that were already in the house (they were top of the line, brand new appliances). We were so shocked to find this out because we didn’t even have to ask him to do this for us. Actually, I didn’t even know that was an option for us either! He knew we were first time home buyers and pregnant with our first child. He made the whole process less stressful. We originally met Ms. Grace a few years ago when she helped a family friend moving from out state find a rental home in the Austin area before they eventually purchased. We were the middle man helping communicate their needs and what they were looking for in a home. She was immediately friendly and assured the family that they would find exactly what they needed. Patience and good fortune helped them find their dream home.

Now it was our turn; I got a job out of the Austin area and we knew we needed to sell our house before the end of the year. My husband and I worked with Tony Elias to sell our home and purchase a new one simultaneously (yikes). This was a crazy, busy, and stressful time that Tony led us through with ease. He's calm, communicative, thoughtful, gets to know your wants and needs, and turned the experience from one I was dreading to one I thoroughly enjoyed. He never made us feel rushed inside any of the tours (and we looked at a lot!), and he went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home. We sold and bought a new house in record time, and Tony gets all of the credit for that.
