The staff at Speakeasy is extremely talented and just an absolute joy to work with. My account manager, Ramsey, has gone above and beyond to assist me with anything I ever need. Same goes for his colleague, Helen, who handles all the behind the scenes functionality aspect of my account. Long story short, I had a different digital company prior that I was not pleased with so I hired Speakeasy to help bring my vision to life. That previous company attempted to essentially scam me and hold all of my credentials hostage and not allow us access to it multiple times. Ramsey and Helen were right by my side to answer all my questions and explain everything as we navigated that problem, which took many weeks. We were eventually successful in recovering everything but I don't think such would have been the case without Ramsey and Helen there to assist me. This was not something they should've ever even had to deal with but they didn't blink an eye and were always available. The customer service is unmatched and the response time on everything is unreal. Lastly, the quality of work performed by speakeasy is top notch. Everything is done right the first time and they don't cut any corners. Speakeasy has been such a blessing for my practice and I wish I would've found them faster. Absolutely a great company! After years of wasting money on internet marketing companies that promised everything and delivered nothing I gave up.
