They go out of the way to help each customer. I have witnessed them taking a customer a gallon of gas when they ran out trying to get there, carrying things to the car for people who struggle, addressing customers by name and asking how our families are, giving treats to the doggies and taking that little extra step to make you feel comfortable. Read moreI just called this store to see if they carried a particular product. Apparently I was speaking to the manager and she was extremely rude to me. I told her this product’s website listed them as a seller. She had major attitude and didn’t seem to want to help me. At the end of the phone call she said “just a friendly piece of advice- it’s not nice to argue with people who know what they’re talking about” and hung up on me. I was in no way arguing with her- just trying to be clear over the phone. I will never shop at this store. Someone like her should not be a manager. Horrible...
