Writing this review from MICHIGAN! I had a package I shipped that was stuck in a death loop and was supposed to go to GA. Somehow it was misrouted and was stuck between Austin, St. Cloud, and Minneapolis MN. My buyer was furious! I called the Austin, MN post office and spoke with MARK. He was AMAZING! Awesome listening skills, and he explained in simple detail that there are rare times the label, when scanned, shows it should go to post office A for the next leg of the trip even though the label says destination B. The package then gets stuck in a death loop and has to be 1) manually found and 2) manually rerouted by the postal workers...

Mark heard out my concerns, took ownership and made the sorters aware of the package, which the next day they did in fact come across! Mark got a new barcode processed on the package, sent the package on it's way properly and also followed up with me on a phone call. My package got to my buyer.

I cannot say enough good things about Mark, the sorters that helped, and the process that they enacted at the Austin, MN branch. Thank you all so...

I was super excited to get a notification that my package was delivered today...well, until I got home and saw this. The box was JAMMED into my mailbox to the point that I couldn't get it out. I spent a solid 10 minutes in the freezing cold trying to (unsuccessfully) wrestle it out. I don't know what delivery person thought this was a good idea or would be funny...its really not. I'll have to try to get it out tomorrow morning, I guess. Note: we have some snow in our driveway, but my little Toyota Camry had no trouble driving through it...so I really don't want to hear that the snow was the excuse for this absurd situation. C'mon, guys...this is unacceptable. Thank god there's nothing in there that could be damaged by freezing overnight...

Seriously considering filing a corporate complaint. Never had a problem before but lately iv had mail missing then 2 days later only part of the mail would be there. Tried going to the office it was closed during operating hours tried calling multiple times never once has my call been answered. Sat outside the building as numerous people also pulled up to go inside. There is no reason a business should be ran this poorly Especially a postal office. This business handles Very important issues and being ran this badly can only lead to very serious problems for so many people. Either they need to get it right or completely swap out the entire force for another group ready to...
