I'm not happy with the reason of I and my husband are new to the area and planning to stay there for a few months to see how are business would or might flourish..to say most gyms have a guest pass that is either for a few days or a week...to see if you like the gym or not This gym does not have a guest pass policy but rather a $15.00 dollar a day day pass ☹️ it's a nice gym from what I heard but I need to see for myself and my current gym before I joined I was given a guest pass for 1 week ...I was sold after that week and had been with them for 4 years now.. please don't let my opinion discourage anyone from attending here because of my feeling. I will go when they offer a guest pass .until then ...I will go to there competition that does do have guest passes 7 days...

After reading the comments, I see my experience is the same as many. Rude customer service, no responses to emails and no return phone calls either. Charged me for a new month when I submitted a request to cancel and asked for a refund. The guy I finally spoke to on the phone was beyond rude, refused to refund the charges that were literally taken 2 days before, and said he’d have a “manager” call me back, which of course, never happened. I guess when you’re hard up for money to pay the bills, ripping off customers becomes the norm. Sad for a local business to treat patrons this way. Just be aware of what you’re getting into when you purchase a “membership” to this place. Negative 10...

Horrible customer service, and policies …

They’re more than happy to take your payment on the mobile app, but you have to jump through hula hoops to get your membership canceled. I reached out to them via email for a membership, cancellation, and got no response. After another charge at my account, I came back to the gym to finally cancel the subscription…

Upon my arrival, I promptly canceled the subscription, but figured I would still be allowed to use the remaining month (since the charge was recent) . NOPE
