I want to start off by saying I’ve never written a review before, because I have never felt the need to do so. That changed after working with Nathalie and Venazia Jewelry Store to customize the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancé. I did research, I called multiple jewelers and had multiple meetings with local jewelry stores but for one reason or another the vision of what I wanted the ring to be just didn’t align with the parties that I was able to meet with. My fiancé was adamant about getting Moissanite and not a traditional diamond, so I did my best to find a jewelry store that could customize a 1 of 1 piece using only Moissanite. After searching the internet, I came across Venazia Jewelry Store, so I scheduled a virtual appointment for the very next day with Nathalie. Little did I know, I was scheduling an appointment with the most knowledgeable, kind and passionate individual who just happens to be in the business of crafting amazing jewelry. During our meeting, Nathalie actively listened to what I envisioned the ring to be, she was even kind in the way she corrected the way I continued to mispronounce certain clarity of stones without making me feel stupid. After listening to exactly what I wanted, Nathalie slowly walked me through the process which was easy to follow and understand. I was a bit apprehensive about customizing a piece of jewelry because I wanted/needed it to be perfect….And IT WAS!!! Throughout the entire process, Nathalie was responsive when I had questions, as well as gracious enough to accommodate my constant last-minute design changes. I’ll cut to the chase, there are those rare occasions when a business and its service exceed every expectation that you thought you had, and that is exactly what happened when I got the chance to work with Nathalie and Venazia Jewelry Store. Hello everyone!!! So I am happy to announce that I finally completed my purchase of the full wedding ring set from Venazia Jewelry and I could not be more pleased. I said I would return for Natalie to make my Wedding band and she DELIVERED!!! I told her that my Fiancee wanted my ring to match hers rings as much as possible and Natalie said "say no more". She took my ring size and we were off to the races. She sent me ideas and I selected the perfect compliment ring. She provided me with updates along the way and even suggested I go up a Half ring size(my fingers are trunks lol). My ring was 15-1/2!!!! A ring that size is quite expensive and you can imagine and over my budget. Natalie offered to work with my budget and waived the overage!!!This Lady is truly a heaven sent. God bless the day I connected with her. I was able to fly into Florida and collect the ring. It was after hours when I arrived at the location and this sweet lady arranged a secure pick up from concierge and the process was seamless!!!! When I opened the box, the ring was glistening in the dark!!.. When the light hit it....Lets just say my fiancee was jealous LOL. Natalie you are the true embodiment of supreme customer service and I will sing of your professionalism and care for years to come. You are forever apart of our Happily ever after. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My now Fiancé and I found Venazia by chance and it was the best thing to happen. Natalie and him designed the most beautiful and unique ring, far beyond my expectations. The products are of exceptional quality and I get compliments on my elongated moissanite ring everywhere I go, even Trader Joes. She was friendly and truly listened to our thoughts and took the time to show us designs and provided crucial insight. Additionally everything came to life so quickly and created with exceptional care. I recommend Natalie to everyone looking for engagement rings, wedding bands or just overall everyday jewelry. If you have come across this stop what you are doing and call her! We were hopeless going to chain places like Jared and Kays where they kept pushing overpriced pieces and designs we didn't like until we found Natalie.

Update: now almost 2 years later we are getting married and the wedding bands are absolutely gorgeous! My fiancé was struggling to find something he liked and Natalie designed something he loves. My band perfectly complements by engagement ring and Natalie knew exactly what to suggest.
