I have gotten over 6 piercings done here and I stay extremely happy. Devon, her space, her style, the studio and set up is just outstanding. I usually go in with some sort of plan or idea but give Devon the creative freedom to test some things out, and I’ve never ever been disappointed in the slightest. I have actually had certain piercings “re pierced” that I always had trouble with, but with Devon’s expertise, she has successfully repierced and have had no issues since, which is such a relief. She always answers my crazy list of questions with ease. Now let me remind you, this is not some quick, in and out, cheap jewelry cheap route. This is QUALITY work and art. The jewelry she provides is top notch. Never dulls, never have had a true healing issue, or malfunction with the products. You are truly getting what you pay for. Cleanliness, immaculate customer service, professionalism without being uptight in any way, and just great conversation and consultations. We vibe so well and she totally understands the look I’m going for and always has recommendations for me and my anatomy for whatever we’re piercing that day. I seriously cannot say enough good things about her. I have sent multiple people to her because I truly believe you shouldn’t be pierced by anyone else. Artist was rude, didn’t listen to what I wanted, admitted to tracing photos from google, and tried to pressure me into getting a tattoo I didn’t like. Lost $150 from the deposit but better than having a tattoo done from here.

I do not care about the deposit, I posted the review because of how the artist, Kyra talked and treated me. This is an accurate review based on my experience that I thought others should know. There was no communication before the appointment to discuss what I wanted, when I explained Kyra what I wanted said she would trace a photo reference I showed of something similar to what I wanted. Kyra started pressuring me into getting a tattoo I did not like, I stated I was uncomfortable getting a tattoo I did not like and she said I'm not the artist for you then. I left shocked because I wanted a custom design and was met with traced design (again, she told me she traced them) and rude comments when I asked for a minor change. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in, she just didn't listen to what I wanted changed in the design.

I just wanted to share how frustrating this appointment and communication with the studio/artist was. Everything I stated did happen. I was completely shocked leaving that I didn't think to even try calling the management because I have never dealt with service like...

i'm not impressed with how they handled the friday the 13th tattoos. i wasn't that far back in line, somewhat in front even... so it wasn't like i had nothing to pick from after entering. its just that there wasn't really anything to begin with. the spooky/halloween/13th vibes were lacking considerably. i counted a mere 7 small flash designs from a single artist that had that theme... and only those were $31. there were also maybe 5 other $31 flash choices but they were basic meaningless designs.

i was expecting to walk in and see an entire board filled with cool $31+ spooky themed from several artists. the small-medium size tattoos ranged $100-500. i watched someone pick out a sketch of a plant, maybe an inch in size... marked $300... just couldn't wrap my head around the prices at all.. and yes, my entire body is filled with tattoos. i'm not trying to harp, make them what you want. i'm just bluntly saying they were overkill though.

in conclusion, the majority of flash, say 90% of, was random images not pertaining to the event... just flash that literally looked like the artists had it already in their books and slapped them up to be chosen. the $31 marketing was a gimmick to get people inside. i also wanted to make clear, i arrived with $370 in my pocket, so i wasn't only looking for...
