I have just received the worst customer service from your company. 😫😫
I have many items in my user inventory on your site and I'm a client for almost two years. Some of which were sent to you and some which I bought on your online store. I just found out that two items I bought from you were given wrong and high values from you, and that I was charged a storage fee of 10% from this made up value 3 times (overall about 200$). So I wrote a product comment that says: The values of the products are wrong and way too high (240$ and 80$ for products that were bought from you for 30$). The storage charge for products sent to my mail box was 10% of the fee I paid when you received them. Then why are you charging me 10% of the value of products that I've bought from you? I would like a retroactive check of all the paid storage fees and get credited for the difference created due to the mistake.
Your representative answer was: 1 - (They didn't respond to that claim.) 2 - The fees are correct, we do charge 10% of the value. 3 - We accidentally took a fee of 3$ less on something else so "shut up" (in nicer words). 4 - We expect users to not store items for more than 6 months. (Another "blame" against me, that wasn't mentioned anywhere).

Read moreShipmycards damaged my card at their facility. I sent an inquiry about it and they confirmed it was damaged at their facility and it was not seller issue as seller's photo didn't show any damage.
I received the package in March and opened a ticket with them. I was told I would be responsible that to pay for return shipping which isn't fair as this was damaged by one of their employees. After more time eventually they agreed to pay for the return shipping.
Frustrating experience that an employee damaged the card and still shipped it out to me without taking ownership until I made a ticket and then tried to make me pay for return shipping.
The website is very clunky and UI is bad.
I made another ticket on the website for reimbursement on the shipping no reply after a week with follow up emails. I tried contacting on Instagram and got a reply there. At first they read my message and didn't reply, I tried one more time and finally they got back to me.

Read moreConsider this neither a recommendation, nor a "stay away" review. They have been wonderful on every aspect except one, the photographs. First, they're obviously not running an overhead, mounted camera pointing down, as they should to ensure it captures everything.
Secondly, they often don't take photos of the backs, despite that quite literally being a part of the service you're paying for.
Lastly, they will overlay cards in a way that covers up stamps and serials, often you can't even some cards in the bundle at all, as well as (tying back into the first point) taking photos where it is hard to see details on the card you may need to see.
I'm not expecting 8k, macro level photographs of each card, but if I have to pay you extra just to properly see the cards you're supposed to be taking clear photographs for, it's pretty...
