I called yesterday to ask about a possible solution for my closet needs in several rooms. I explained that I needed several shelves to add to what I already had in a few room rooms to make the space workable. I asked Adam, the owner, what he suggested because after calling a few places I found noone who could make them. He said he would be happy to make the shelves and have one of his crews bring them out tomorrow (that is today). I was over the top very excited there was finally a solution snd he was willing to make them. And then to my disbelief when I asked what the cost would be he said, “I am happy to do this for you…no charge.”

Adsm asked me to text him the sizes and I did. He said he would send it over to production and they would be delivered tomorrow (today). And they were. When Nick and Jorge arrived they were as delightful as Adam was and went right to work cutting them to size. They were both always smiling, so willing to do this for their boss and for me. They took care of everything quite quickly and cleaned up the dust created from cutting the boards…not leaving a trace that they were here.

I haven't experienced this kind of service in a very long time: sincerity and professionalism, skill and prevision, courtesy and genuinely caring how they did the job…and then they were willing to put all the shelves in the closet spaces!

If you have a project with closets, storage space - in home or garage - or anything else they do, I totally believe you will be delighted with the people at DreamClosets ~ their work and work ethic, and the final result. From start to finish they were a pleasure to work with! Jen, the Sales/Designer spends the time on her initial visit to come up with the design taking all our wishes into consideration. Once she has a great design she worked with us on pricing to fit our budget. We met her in Scottsdale at a showroom where we could see all the finishes and accessories so we could make our final selections and then we scheduled the installation.

Between the time we placed the order and the Installation date, we had a painter come in and strip out all the old closet shelving, remove all the old trim (door casing & baseboard) and patch all the walls. Once patching was done they repainted the entire closet and painted the area within the new closet shelving to be installed with a custom color to match the new shelving. This step is most important IF you want an awesome looking finished project.

The Installer’s led by Gabriel, showed up around 8:30AM on the day they were scheduled and did an amazing job. Very polite and good communication throughout the day. Finished around 3:00PM

After the original install my wife and I decided we would like to move a couple shelves so Adam the owner stopped by and made the changes. He could not have been nicer!

Having many different Service Businesses in our home over the years I can recommend Dream Closets with total confidence to all our freinds!
