The last two times I’ve gone into this store, the employees have been unfriendly and unhelpful. I try to stop her to “shop” local and not support Lowes in Farmington when I only need a few items. The most recent time I stopped here, I wandered around the store searching for the replacement blade for my power tool. After 5 minutes of searching I finally found it, but what amazed me was the person I walked past several times who I thought was a customer was actually an employee who was at work… he made eye contact every time I walked past him but never once asked if I needed help. When I headed up to the front he was standing with the blonde woman at one of the registers chatting with her, while the young cashier checked someone else out at her register. I walked over to the register that did not have anyone waiting, after ignoring me for 30 seconds this man “employee” looked at me and said she can help you and pointed to the register that had a customer waiting to be checked out. Read moreThe guys that repair chainsaws, weed whackers etc are the best repair guys around, but we stopped doing business with aztec hardware last year to purchase supplies because of the manager Ester. Her boss Tyler basically told me I was the only customer that had a problem with Ester and I must be the problem. Needless to say we no longer did busines with Aztec Hardware. My maintenance supervisor took our Stil backpack sprayer that we purchased a year prior to be fixed and was told Ester was no longer employed with company.
