Subway — Restaurant in Aztec

So I recently had a life-changing event and me and my two sisters lost three members of our immediate family we make it a point to meet at subways on Mondays and we always go to the Aztec New Mexico Subway as I was watching my two sisters eat their food I kind of got upset their lettuce was wilted and the girl just slapped like four slices of cheese on my sister's sandwich and to me I assumed to be looking at two sandwiches that were not fresh we made one of my sisters had a turkey on wheat and the other sister had a tuna on wheat I'm praying to God that they'll get better at making their sandwiches and making it fresh like subway used to be I have not eaten there the last few times my sisters have invited me because of the way that I see the lettuce it doesn't look fresh Subway...

My husband and I ordered online and it literally took an hour to get our food (would've been faster to just stand in line) they didn't have our food made bc they were out of a few ingredients which we were understandable about and waited for our order patiently. We didn't get what we ordered (an exception of the cookies and childs sandwich) when we got home even with the changes made to accommodate the missing ingredients and the whole experience was terrible. I don't want to be one to "Karen" out but there needs to be extra training done without a doubt. I want to blame the workers but at the end of the day this falls...

Halfway through eating my subway sandwich and found small maggots.. I am so grossed out. I used to work there and never had any issues with produce or meats being left out and uncovered but obviously things there have gone downhill. I did an online order otherwise I would have said something while I was there about how yucky the spinach looks. And maybe would’ve noticed there. They also didn’t want to give me the two cookies that went with my meal instead of chips and my husband had to argue with the girl there while picking up...
