My experience was that EVERYTHING was wrong. We asked for a fish sandwich with an orange Julius a Med blizzard,a kids hamburger w fries and a dipped cone, a grilled chicken sandwich and a med blizzard. Total: $30.??The cashier asked us if we wanted to wait on the ice cream till after we sat and ate and we agreed to that. So, we pick a table and a couple minutes pass by and I ask my guy to go check on the food. When the same cashier saw him he said it was just about done. He came and dropped off 2 small blizzards and explained that the made my sandwich with crispy chicken and it would be a few. Ok cool, but why are my blizzards so small? So, I go up with my receipt and show them I was charged for Med and received Sm blizzards. So they take them and say they will remake them. Still waiting on food when 2 girls bring the Med blizzards but can't tell us which is which and when I ask they both cop attitude and say "I don't know, we didn't make them" Fine. đ Then the dipped cone never comes for my little so I go up again and say we didn't get our cone either. So the store manager(I'm guessing) comes over w a reg cone and I say it needs to be dipped.... And it's been 15 min where is the food???! So, she brings back the dipped cone and I express my dissatisfaction with the whole experience and that I'm not this person.. The manager literally says I'm wasting more time arguing with you. She comes out with every excuse in the book about how they were soo busy... When we ordered there was 2 ppl in front of us. Ok? So I say how I paid 30 something and everything is wrong @ this point our blizzards are melting bc yes, remember they have us those first even after being offered the delay and agreeing to it. The manager takes our receipt and says she will fix this and NEVER COMES BACK. We leave. When we get home and unwrap the kids burger its been squished and is the least appetizing burger, ever. wow. Worst experience ever. Never really had a positive one with this particular location. It's distressing knowing that the incompetence and bad attitudes extend from the bottom to the top manager position. Good luck if...

While she was trying to figure out her order the MANAGER requested that I repeat my order. I said hang on... again she asked âcan you repeat your orderâ slight attitude in voice again I said 1 sec... âCAN YOU REPEAT YOUR ORDER!â At this point I assumed she couldnât hear me so I raised my voice and said âHang onâ. Then she told me to not yell at us and I told her you raised your voice at me, then she told me to go ahead and leave! I pulled up to the window and ask to speak with the manager not knowing then it was the drive they girl and she came to the window and I explained you couldnât hear me so I raised my voice so she could, and that she kept asking me to repeat the order when there was not one. She then shooed me away and said Iâm not dealing with this and slammed the window shut. I was speaking to her in a calm manner while at the window like an adult and she was fidgeting with her ears and mask and was acting like a child. Talking over me and not letting me explain that I wouldnât yell at a food service worker since I too are in the industry and I wouldnât yell when I had a sleeping baby in the truck. Got up to the window and paid and they gave us our ice cream firat and it took them 15 minutes to make our food, by time the food came out all 3 of our ice creams had melted down, 2 of them wasn't too bad but one was halfway melted so I asked if they could remake that one and the girl who took are order asked the manager and the manager told her no that they couldn't do that, so she asked if we wanted to talk to her and we said yes. I asked her why we couldn't get a replacement one and she said she couldn't do that. I told her that we got the ice cream first and had to wait about 15 minutes for our food, she said the reason it's melting is because of the hot fudge, I asked her why would you make the ice cream first when we have to wait for the food and they had no response.
