I own a condo in Arlington with 2 exterior sliding glass doors. These are heavy commercial doors that take two arms and leverage to slide open. No amount of rail cleaning would help slide these 30 year old monsters. I spoke to Adam at Glassprom LLC and he jumped into action. He removed the doors, and replaced the wheels you cannot see on the bottom of the doors Anyone can now slide these door with a single hand. What is even more remarkable is that I arranged this job over the phone from AZ. Adam did the work, sent me photos and a video when complete.
