I had a two times bad experiences in a month with this location. I wanted to returned something but I didn’t have receipt so I went to return my item and there was employee who was helping me she doesn’t know what to do so she called manager and the manager told me very rudely that you cannot return the item. Usually they give you merchandise card. I was like it’s ok but at least talk politely and behave well. I went to the another location to buy baby product I bought something and I have received 5$ gift card. On same day I went the skyline Falls-church target bought the same item and I had not received gift card. she ignored me to give me a gift card. That is absolutely fine as the offer can be changed but the way she behave and talk It was very rude. She ignored me and she left. She never say sorry. She has to being professional. Doesn’t matter whether I am right or wrong I am the customer she(Manager) has to talk politely. I can also write her name here but I don’t want expose her here. I think she(Manager) is being racist. I never had bad experience in other location except for this. I shop twice a week from the target. Worst customer service I have ever received from this location. I would not even give you one star. She(Manager) need some hard core training. There are some learning professionalism books available in a market she can order it. If something wrong while you are at the register then Employees called to the manager for small questions and manager take so much of time to come to the register with so much of attitude. They shows that they don’t need a business. They are doing a favor for...
Read moreParking situation is horrible. The lot is advertised as "free" but beware if you lose your ticket. I spent 30 minutes waiting in 3 separate lines to avoid the $25 !!! charge for a lost ticket. 15 minutes in line at the (alleged) "customer service" counter when I first realized I had misplaced my ticket, only to get inaccurate information ("Just press the grey button in the ticket box at the gate and tell the person who answers that you lost your ticket"). So after 5 minutes in line waiting to exit the lot, I got to the gate, pressed the grey "help" button and no one responded! Tried 3 times with cars waiting to exit lining up behind me. Then pressed the "lost ticket" button and was instructed to insert my credit card to pay a charge of $25. So I backed out of the line of cars and went back into the store, where I demanded to speak to a manager and said I was not going to wait in line at the (alleged) "customer service" counter a second time. Eventually, I spoke to someone who said she was a manager and told me the parking lot operation was run by an independent vendor and that all she could do to help me was to call the parking lot attendant and explain my lost ticket problem. I went back to my car that I had parked near the gate, and by that time, my car was blocked by a line of cars waiting to exit. It took several minutes for me to get back in line to exit the lot, with the assistance of the gate attendant. Finally I was able to get out of the lot without driving across a curbed landscaping area and...
Read moreThe store looks really good and well stock which was quite nice. The surprise came when interacting with store personnel. I was looking for a particular vitamin that my ophthalmologist told me i needed. After unsuccessfully looking for it, I asked the clerk at the pharmacy if it was stocked. She said look for it in the vitamins. Wow… Why I did not think to do just that? The pharmacist without raising his head to look, screamed in a rude tone: look for it against the wall. I decided to leave and go to pay for the stuff we had in the cart. At the cashier we met …. She exhibited a behavior that I have never before seeing at any store much less Target. She rang one of our items and my wife indicated that it was on sale 20% off. She said to my wife: Young lady is not ringing as a sale. When my wife insisted she said: “ I do not give merchandise away. Next time take a picture of the sign.” My wife said: can you send someone to check? She visibly annoyed called for a person to check. While grunting under her breath and complaining about my wife. A gentleman behind me told her that the customer is always right. She told him to be quiet and mind his own business. Then they started arguing back and forth. She became increasingly belligerent and at one point told him to get out of her lane. She stated that he was getting in her last nerve. Lousy, belligerent customer service. Target need to rid itself of some of the employees in this store. Too bad I cannot give...
