Very sad to see such immaculately clean place being led by a bad management. I was asked by the cashier to prove that a baby monitor is on sale when I told him that the 169.99 price is wrong. I had to go to the shelf, take a picture of the sale tag ($84.99) and showed it to him. He then intiated the process of honoring the discount. Then he called his supervisor for final sign off. She then told us that the product was not on sale and we had the wrong product. Then my wife and I asked her, politely, to show us the right product for that price. This supervisor had a very bad attitude and she made it look like we made it up. She then took us to the shelf and she found the sale tag for the exact product we had on our hand. She immediately took the tag down and rudely told us that was wrong. She could have apologized for the mistake that was done and we could have let it go. My wife and I were very upset with the bad treatment we got from the supervisor. Long story short, we walked out of the store very mad. She literally killed our day's vibe. Such a nice cashier but amateur supervisor with the worst attitude and nada customer service skill. Will never go back to this place. Senior Management needs to pay attention to these types of behaviors exhibited by front line leaders. I worry for the future of this beautiful place.

Since my review in 2016, I've come to love my Target. It is well stocked for a run, and it's added a grocery, too. Staff is nice and well trained and implementing Target's latest customer service advances to improve the experience! So why only ⭐⭐⭐? Earlier, I noted they allowed a lot of confusion about the parking lot. It was unclear how traffic was to flow, and the gates were operational on a whim. But with a receipt for your Target purchase, you didn't pay when you shopped ... NOW they are charging all the time (we think) unless you make a "minimum purchase.". How much?!? Not posted, but we asked and it's $20. Not enforced on weekends. So no quick runs thru Target during week unless you're going to make it worth their while. Too bad they wreck the shopping experience to punish parking bandits in the COVID-vacant office buildings. Of course, this makes more room for us shoppers to have this confusing experience? That'll cost you a ⭐

The mgt at this store is terrible. With all the technology in place how could you possibly be out of inventory ALL THE TIME. What is worse is they reshelve expired or spoiled refrigerated items. Twice I have bought spoiled milk and cheese. It is so frustrating to come here, have to leave and go someplace else because they never have even the most simple and common thing on my list. Today their starbucks was closed because of staffing issues......???

I had a two times bad experiences in a month with this location. I wanted to returned something but I didn’t have receipt so I went to return my item and there was employee who was helping me she doesn’t know what to do so she called manager and the manager told me very rudely that you cannot return the item. Usually they give you merchandise card. I was like it’s ok but at least talk politely and behave well. I went to the another location to buy baby product I bought something and I have received 5$ gift card. On same day I went the skyline Falls-church target bought the same item and I had not received gift card. she ignored me to give me a gift card. That is absolutely fine as the offer can be changed but the way she behave and talk It was very rude. She ignored me and she left. She never say sorry. She has to being professional. Doesn’t matter whether I am right or wrong I am the customer she(Manager) has to talk politely. I can also write her name here but I don’t want expose her here. I think she(Manager) is being racist. I never had bad experience in other location except for this. I shop twice a week from the target. Worst customer service I have ever received from this location. I would not even give you one star. She(Manager) need some hard core training. There are some learning professionalism books available in a market she can order it. If something wrong while you are at the register then Employees called to the manager for small questions and manager take so much of time to come to the register with so much of attitude. They shows that they don’t need a business. They are doing a favor for...

Parking situation is horrible. The lot is advertised as "free" but beware if you lose your ticket. I spent 30 minutes waiting in 3 separate lines to avoid the $25 !!! charge for a lost ticket. 15 minutes in line at the (alleged) "customer service" counter when I first realized I had misplaced my ticket, only to get inaccurate information ("Just press the grey button in the ticket box at the gate and tell the person who answers that you lost your ticket"). So after 5 minutes in line waiting to exit the lot, I got to the gate, pressed the grey "help" button and no one responded! Tried 3 times with cars waiting to exit lining up behind me. Then pressed the "lost ticket" button and was instructed to insert my credit card to pay a charge of $25. So I backed out of the line of cars and went back into the store, where I demanded to speak to a manager and said I was not going to wait in line at the (alleged) "customer service" counter a second time. Eventually, I spoke to someone who said she was a manager and told me the parking lot operation was run by an independent vendor and that all she could do to help me was to call the parking lot attendant and explain my lost ticket problem. I went back to my car that I had parked near the gate, and by that time, my car was blocked by a line of cars waiting to exit. It took several minutes for me to get back in line to exit the lot, with the assistance of the gate attendant. Finally I was able to get out of the lot without driving across a curbed landscaping area and...

The store looks really good and well stock which was quite nice. The surprise came when interacting with store personnel. I was looking for a particular vitamin that my ophthalmologist told me i needed. After unsuccessfully looking for it, I asked the clerk at the pharmacy if it was stocked. She said look for it in the vitamins. Wow… Why I did not think to do just that? The pharmacist without raising his head to look, screamed in a rude tone: look for it against the wall. I decided to leave and go to pay for the stuff we had in the cart. At the cashier we met …. She exhibited a behavior that I have never before seeing at any store much less Target. She rang one of our items and my wife indicated that it was on sale 20% off. She said to my wife: Young lady is not ringing as a sale. When my wife insisted she said: “ I do not give merchandise away. Next time take a picture of the sign.” My wife said: can you send someone to check? She visibly annoyed called for a person to check. While grunting under her breath and complaining about my wife. A gentleman behind me told her that the customer is always right. She told him to be quiet and mind his own business. Then they started arguing back and forth. She became increasingly belligerent and at one point told him to get out of her lane. She stated that he was getting in her last nerve. Lousy, belligerent customer service. Target need to rid itself of some of the employees in this store. Too bad I cannot give...
