If I could give Zero stars, I would. My partner and I have been to this location a couple of times and it hasn’t been bad service. However, it only takes One Poor experience to never wanna go back again. Now, I will be fair, it was a busy night. However, idc how busy it is. I still expect good service, it doesn’t have to be speedy fast, but severs need to speak, and communicate with us what’s going on. We had to wait 10 minutes to be seated and never was told there would be a wait. Didn’t see the person the whole 10 minutes until she came to get us. We were finally seated , waited probably 15 minutes, nobody even brought us water, my partner called out to who I assume is the manager and he looked at us and then said hold on, Never Came Back! After another 10 minutes my partner went up to the girl that seated us and she had to take our order. Right after that we got a waiter that was on her first day she said she’d bring us water and we had to wait on that for Another 15 minutes. None of this is the worst of it.
We had to wait a total of an Hour to finally get our food after having a Third waiter come up to be our waiter. His name is Mahmoud (Mookie) he goes by both names. He waited us and brought our food, at this point we are just happy to have our food but we’re already ready to go. Mahmoud had made our experience a bit better but we weren’t satisfied with the over all experience. We were very respectful, treated him with respect and appreciation for bringing our food out and our sauces. When we finally were ready to go, my partner paid and refrained from giving a tip. Our experience was poor and Tips are Optional. We weren’t given extraordinary service, therefore we weren’t willing to give a tip. We understand our poor experience wasn’t directly because of our waiter however, we don’t feel the need to tip for simple things like bringing our food out, that’s what they get paid to do. Instead of Mahmoud taking the receipt and going on , he starts to ask why my partner didn’t just give him $5 and complains that he didn’t tip him. My partner explained that our experience was absolutely terrible therefore, although it may not be fair in the eyes of the waiter he doesn’t feel that his service for us was worth a tip regardless. He didn’t do anything special other than bring out our food. I tell him, you’re not making our experience any better now so he should just stop. He walks away and then comes back to explain how he doesn’t need our money but it’s not his fault we had poor service and that he should tip him anyways. He keeps going back and forth with my partner and won’t leave us alone, at this point we are furious, the man I assume would be the manager walks past our table with his waiter being unprofessional and says nothing, I ask the waiter, well do you think you would get a tip now?? You’re ending our experience even worse. He continues to go back and forth until my partner gets fed up and yells at him to leave us alone and leave our table. He finally does.
Regardless of the situation, us as customers should never have to go back and forth with a waiter begging for $5 or any bit of money from us at all. Over all the experience was tragic and we will NEVER be coming back. We were ignored, sat for an Hour with not even any water to drink and then had to endure terrible lack of professionalism from our third waiter of the night going back and forth and being rude to us. I want my partner to get his money back because we are disgusted and angered. That is not the type of establishment we want to attend. Just because it’s a sports bar doesn’t warrant terrible service. We would’ve preferred the young woman who was on...
Read moreThe service was fantastic – genuinely attentive and friendly, way better than the food, which is saying something because the featured Patty Melt was really pretty good. Seriously, it was delicious and a great size with two patties, bacon, good cheese, and grilled onions; perfectly cooked, juicy, and the bread was toasted to golden perfection. Definitely a highlight of the meal, and I'd go back for that alone. My husband, who is a vey picky eater, liked his cheeseburger. It was nicely cooked - moist, not too thick. It also came with two patties, which is one too many for him. We brought his extra patty, half of my Patty Melt home.
The wings, on the other hand, were a major and disappointing letdown. Buffalo Wild WINGS, right? Their specialty should be wings! And while I appreciated the massive selection of flavors – talk about choices, there were so many I almost got overwhelmed – the actual execution was lacking. My Lemon Pepper and Cajun wings were dry, the flavor wasn't as vibrant or intense as I expected, and the overall texture was disappointing. They seemed a little overcooked, almost brittle. Did I say DRY? I was expecting juicy goodness(like the photos on the menu and in the TV commercials), but it just wasn't there.
The potato wedges that accompanied my melt were okay, although perhaps a touch too crunchy. The kind of crunchy that made me wonder if they'd been sitting around a bit too long. More noticeable seasonigs, other than salt and pepper(?) would've also been nice – maybe some garlic powder or paprika to really bring out the potato flavor. The fries that came with the wings were just okay – thin, standard-issue fries. Nothing wrong with them, just nothing to write home about. Quite forgettable, really.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, especially if you love sports. It's definitely a sports bar. There were tons of screens all around the space showing tons of different sports. It's much larger inside than I expected. It was quiet and fairly empty. It was lunch time and we were one of maybe five occupied tables at the time. Odd, but maybe not. Our server, Fred, was incredibly helpful and checked in regularly even though he was the only server.
Overall, while the patty melt was a standout, the wings and the slightly subpar sides left me feeling a little underwhelmed, especially given the fact that WINGS are for what Buffalo Wild Wings is known! I'd definitely maybe go back for another patty melt, but next time I might just skip the wings entirely, which is a shame since the variety of flavors was...
Read moreI would avoid this location like the plague. We showed up and checked in with the host and he immediately just told us to wait. Didn’t get our name or tell us the wait time. A family of five came in two groups after us and got seated immediately (we were a party of 2.) I was very confused why this happened and so was the other couple that came in right after us.
Eventually we were seated. It took a while for the waitress to come around to ask for our order. I knew what I wanted but she just asked for drinks and walked away. I shrugged it off. She came back a bit later and took down our order. I saw her write it down on paper. So far it’s alright. We got our onion rings and there were like 6 rings on the tray. I don’t remember the appetizer being that small. Then…. We waited… and waited… and waited….
There were two ladies who were seated right before us that I could see from my table. They got all of their food, paid, and left. Their table was even cleaned off and ready for the next guests. We still had not gotten our wings yet. The waitress came by and asked how things were going. I didn’t really understand what she was asking about because we didn’t get our food yet… We waited so long that I ran out of things to talk about! I looked at my watch and we were there for AN HOUR AND A HALF and still only got water and 6 onion rings…. What is going on?!
We flagged down the waitress. She said she would check on our food. She came out empty handed and said “I don’t know where your wings are at. I put the order in!” Honestly I didn’t know if I should believe her or not. I would have appreciated her being upfront if she did forget to put our order in. If that was the case, I would have just asked for it to go and leave. But it appeared that she was blaming the kitchen. Not really sure why when there were empty tables in the main seating area. Either they are severely understaffed or just messed up big time. I was hangry at this point and didn’t want to keep waiting since she couldn’t give us an estimate on when our food would be ready. We closed the check on our waters and 6 onion rings and drove over to Taco Bell to get dinner almost 2 hours after showing up to...
