I got the all you can eat pasta with angel hair and the creamy mushroom sauce. I forgot the five dollar all you can eat topping of chicken, so I decided to go without that the rest of my plates. The plates come out fast. We had a party of four and two got soup, two got salads. We were only given one order of breadsticks and told they ran out. We left 15 minutes before closing. I still feel like they could’ve brought us some more breadsticks… Another friend got a lasagna plate, someone else got the pasta and I forget what our other person ordered. The two of us got soup got the gnocchi soup. That’s always my favorite. It was brought out a normal portion sizes, and super hot. I like that the service was fast because in the past when I got that all you can eat things they take really long time. The pasta portions for all you can eat, were normal size the first time the other times in a smaller plate, but I felt like it was about the same portions. The waitress did give us containers to take them to go, including any leftover soup. I thought that was cool. Some places that do all you can eat don’t let you do that. We went on a Monday night. There was many tables empty. We arrived at 8 o’clock. They close at 10. That was a sufficient amount of time to spend eating and enjoying friends. I ordered a piña colada that was really good and in a gigantic cup. They did no ice in my cup of water. I hope this helps you out !

I have been going to Olive Garden for many years. Especially the one in Tyson’s corner. My friend asked for a soup told the server that he didn’t eat pork. Unfortunately he ended up having two spoons of it before the server double checked and told him to stop eating. Our entrees came 2 minutes after we had our salads. The manger checked on us found out our drinks were not refilled and we didn’t get any service after the food was delivered. Our table stayed dirty for half an hour after we finished our food and drinks. The manager competed my friend’s meal who unwillingly ate pork against his religious beliefs, we didn’t see the server again. The manger came at 10:30 to drop the check. Saying that the kitchen was closed and we couldn’t get any desert because we came at exactly 8:50pm . His words were we closed half an hour ago they are already cleaning. How about asking us half an hour ago if we wanted desert and clearing our table from dirty dishes and refilling our waters and drinks. On the other hand the food was good, we sate on dirty chairs. For Someone who had work in the hospitality for many years, I really do not like to complain. this was my worst experience at the Olive Garden. I will not came back again. The picture was taking after we paid the check zero service. We still tipped 20%

@olivegarden is easily one of those places which you can find easily anywhere in the USA. And def a place with delicious Italian food. Here's what you can order as Jain food: 1. Mozerella Sticks. You will have to eat without the sauce though. But the sticks on their own are just too yummy and cheesy 2. They give you free salad when you order an entree. Make sure you order without onion, croutons and the dressing (it has eggs) 3. You will also get free breads which usually comes with garlic butter. You can request one without it and it is still just as soft. 4. For entree, You can order make your pasta with any pasta option other than gluten free one. Ask them to make it in classic tomato sauce. That's the only Jain sauce. You can add broccoli like I did for some fiber needs! Their cappuccino wouldn't disappoint either. Honorary mention of five cheese baked ziti and Alfredo fettuccine for my Non Jain folks!! Try it out and let me know how your experience was. Don't forget to share!! #olivegarden #jainfoodinusa #jainfoodolivegarden #jainfood #jainfoodie #jainitalianfood #thejainfoodranger #jainspaghetti #mozerellasticks

If there was a 0-star rating choice, that is what I would choose. My primary issue is with Mohamed, my waiter. His service was horrible from the start. When we placed our drink orders, we asked that he bring us bread and salad as well. Since there were nine people at our party, we also specifically requested four bread baskets. He finally brought out the bread and salad after what felt like an eternity, but he only had one of each. To catch us off guard, he goes to my mother and begins speaking in Arabic, saying that he prefers to bring out the breadsticks one at a time when I ask him to confirm that the salad and breadsticks are limitless. Remember that there are currently only 6 of us because my aunts and cousin are still not here. He never once asks us if we are ready to order or what we would like to get during the entire time we are the ones asking if we can. He didn't make us feel at all welcome and gave the impression that we were not his top priority. We anticipated receiving decent treatment, especially because he is also Moroccan. He begins handing out bread one by one, which is good at first but then starts to become excessive, almost as if he were trying to mock us. Nevertheless, after placing our dinner order, the remainder of our group shows up. They start placing their starter orders, and my aunt orders the lasagna frita. I hadn't heard her place that order, so I was unable to warn her that it contains pork. But, the waiter is aware that we are Muslims because my mom and aunt water the hijab, not to mention 99% of Moroccans are Muslims. But even if he wasn't sure whether my aunt was Muslim or not, it wouldn't hurt to just explain "by the way this dish contains pork" instead he let my aunt order it and when we approached him about it he responded, "even if someone had come in with a head scarf and orders alcohol I would've provided it to them". Every time he visited our table, he left for the next 30 to 40 minutes, leaving our entire group feeling practically ignored throughout the entire evening. The time eventually came to pay the bill. Even though we received awful customer service, my dad, being the good man that he is, wanted to leave him a nice tip seeing as though the waiter was Moroccan as well. He figured that maybe he was simply having a bad day. My dad wanted to pay in cash, so we use the machine to pay and leave no tip because my day wanted to tip in cash. We waited for him to return to the table since my mother didn't want to just leave him the $70 tip on the table. Even though it was only 30 minutes, it felt like an hour because of how long we were there waiting for the waiter. He finally appeared after we asked two other employees if they could get him for us. He uttered "thank you, have a good day" with the harshest tone he could muster and the ugliest expression on his face. Nobody should ever treat a guest the way we were treated today. My parents have been coming to this location for over 20 years and never once had they been treated...

Rude server name Zena!! This location was falls Church, Virginia in the bar area. We were very disappointed with today’s Olive Garden dinner. Our visit was Sunday July 10, 2022, but my immediate review post was on other 3 sites since we have been denied giving review by the manger name Alen. this is my 5th reviews including reported to the corporate office. I have been a customer for over 14 years, but I have never been disrespected like that day, because of the women server’s name ZENA’s unacceptable behavior. She was very unprofessional and blunt she have luck of ethics and acting very disgraceful. She damages the company logo & name and make the long-time customer not to visit again by insulting. Also, we felt danger on our food safety because of her madness we scare to eat their again. My friend already locked her appetite and lost her eating mood, so didn’t want to order, but I was hungry, so I ordered my food by calling manager. Server Zena just ignored us and walked away without even greeting and asking us what we wanted. We felt empty and unserved. After we sat for more than 20 minutes, other customer came & Zena give them the menu, but this customer came 20 min after us, but they got service before us. After all this drama she look at our table & and came with bad body language without even asking apology. She trying to give us only 1 menu when we need two & no silverware at all. Since we already ordered though manager, we asked her why she is late and ignored us, but her respond was very rude and again she ignored us turn back. We explained our situation to the manager’s name ALEN, and he asked apologized and tried to cover up the server instead of feeling sorry for our bad experience. Alen also makes us uncomfortable & acts unprofessionally. He seems confusing & hides the situation instead of solving it professionally. When we asked the server’s name to give survey on Ziosk pay tablet, he don’t want to tell us & he gave us locked table tablet and I can’t give review on the table. Somehow, he denied us the survey system and he rushed to take tablet without even print our receipt. He told us that if we report this problem, she will be fired so he was trying hard to stop us from speaking out bad experience & he is undermining our right. I knew for long this location, but I have never seen this kind of manager and server at the same time. Very SAD! we don't know her and she don't know us, but she has her own personal bad inside ego. Unprofessional luck of humanity, respect and poor hospitality knowledge. Olive garden is my favorite restaurant but I was burned and disappointed. If she doesn't like her job she should work somewhere where she will be fit. I think this restaurant should not deserve this kind of server. She will expose other good servers which I know there are a lot of excellent servers in olive garden, but this one is very...

I've been going to Olive Garden, which I affectionately call OG Baby, for, well, ever. You usually know exactly what you are going to get. Last night we decided to go and wound up arriving a little after nine. It closes at 10 pm so we figured we'd have time. Well, we were sat in a section with a woman who was not very competent and couldn't wholly understand what we were asking to order. Every time we asked for something we had to actually point in the menu to help her understand what we were asking for (I didn't mind that I guess). We got our drink order in (Coke's and a Lemonade) ....and then just sat. She didn't come back to ask us what we wanted. Finally we ordered. We had to ask a manager after about 10 minutes or so for the salad and bread sticks. Usually they come out automatically. (The breadsticks weren't really cooked properly either. We just ate them.) Our food came finally. I had the smallest steak in history and the sauce for the tortellini wasn't fully cooked. I then asked for one of the Take $6 frozen meals they offer for take-home. I was told they didn't have any...but it's on the menu. They are frozen meals. I am not sure she actually understood what I wanted. I then asked a different manager about it. He said he'd go check and never came back. Here's the thing. Yes, we got there an hour before they were closing -- but if you don't want people there that late so you can fully close at 10...close at nine instead. (I didn't love that people were sweeping around me while I ate. It's disgusting). The waitress at one point literally reached across the table to pick up a plate, laying her whole upper body on the bag we had our leftovers in. Unbelievable. I don't know. I love OG. We literally chose the one in Baileys because they cook the meal the way I like it. Going forward, we will be bypassing this one and going to the one in Tysons instead. Life lesson -- don't go to OG, at least this one, after nine, or, if you do, order immediately. And, ask for help from a manager early so you don't have to wait for 15 minutes for your salad. That's your sign it's going to be a rocky experience. We were going to go to Lone Star which is right next to OG but chose it instead. I feel like we made the wrong choice last night! Boo to OG in Baileys! It's sad to see the quality of such a great restaurant this...
