Island Cool Frozen Yogurt — Local services in Bainbridge Island

This place needs to spend at minimum a week or so getting a clue on how a Frozen Yogurt place should be run & operated(perhaps Blueberry's in Silverdale would be willing as it would be a fine example for these jokers of how it should be done...) I have several complaints, especially didn't appreciate how their heavy little plastic bowls added significant weight to the scale & also watch out because just before the bill is finalized they like to stick the spoons into the bowl = price hike it just a bit further(very low & petty practice) I know ya gotta pay the rent, but good golly ripping folks off just ain't cool!!! P.S. Good luck going in when all the machines are functioning & the choices aren't limited = I totally agree with others that have posted on this place as is just going down hill at a freight trains pace.

We enjoy coming here because the froyo is good and inexpensive but they’re also the latest open place to get dessert on Bainbridge. My problem recently has been their hours and having absolutely no idea when they’re open. Saturday night we wanted a sweet treat so we planned with some friends to meet there at 8pm. Their hours on Google said they closed at 9 with Google saying hours were updated by the business 1 week ago. We arrive to see the open sign off and a poster on the door with their hours saying they close at 8pm. Just a few months ago one of their employees told me they’re open until 11pm on weekends. Very reasonably priced frozen yogurt shop. I am going to make a point to go here every time I'm in the area. A lot of frozen yogurt places especially the Big Chain Ones Will charge you through the nose for pittance in product but Islands cool is very fair with their prices and I love Frozen Yogurt so why not come back?
