No amount of words can express my heartfelt gratitude for all of the staff at Reprieve Spa!

I was able treat my mother to a mother-daughter birthday spa day. I made countless phone calls to ensure that everything went smoothly prior to, and with each interaction the staff was kind and warm. I was able to bring in champagne and chocolates to surprise my mother and when she walked in. The entire staff greeted my mother and wished her a happy birthday. My mother left feeling pampered and like she was walking on a cloud.

The massage therapists are all so skilled and have gifted hands. The sauna with the option of red light therapy is one of my favorite treats and leaves me feeling energized each time.

The Eminence line used by staff has become part of my everyday routine with the Charcoal and Black Seed Clarifying Oil becoming my favorite! This entire line is not only organic, but truly treats skin care concerns and transforms your skin.

The ambiance is very zen and conducive to healing. I have been to many spas around the country, and almost every spa in Geauga county, and can say hands down this is one of my favorites. It will forever be my go to and my first recommendation for anyone needing a self care day.

The spa is very easy to get to with multiple signs posted regarding directions. There is a generous amount of parking spaces available as well which could accommodate large parties of guests. I look forward to hosting my bridal party spa day here.

I need to share that Reprieve Spa has no idea what a gift they gave me a few days ago. I went to their spa based on many recommendations from the super mommy group, but also because I had seen that they do a monthly giveaway for people that have battled cancer so I knew they would be able to handle my aunt with care who is dealing with glioblastoma (inoperable).When I went to pick up my aunt from the rehab, they met me with big eyes telling me she quickly declined overnight. I could barely get her into the car. I had to use a wheelchair and lift her- this shook me up and it took a while and therefore we were late to our appointment. I called them and let them know our situation, but was pretty vague. They literally opened the door and welcomed me with a hug and help -they could see all over my face how emotional I was and how much this meant to have our special day, I can’t begin to express the amount of love and compassion we felt. They made her massage so special and handle her with such care. They helped moved her and listened to all our concerns.They understood her needs and jumped through hoops to accommodate her. My experience at Reprieve Spa was incredible!

From the moment you step through the door, you find yourself enveloped in an ambiance of pure opulence and relaxation.

You are greeted by the receptionist, who graciously gives you a tour of the spa before taking you the changing room. The oversized changing room has two separate showers, lockers and assorted toiletries. After donning my plush, thick white robe I was escorted to the pre/post relaxation room. There were several choices of beverages as well as individually wrapped chocolates, pieces of papaya and mixed nuts. I decided on the cucumber water and it was very refreshing. The room itself is spectacular! The room has high ceilings, six luxurious contoured daybeds complete with ultra soft blankets and floor to ceiling drapes that can be pulled for privacy. A room fit for queens and kings, it is the definition of pampering and relaxation.

The massage that I received from Trista was honestly the best massage I've ever had! The treatment rooms are exquisitely designed, blending modern sophistication with soothing natural elements. Soft lighting, calming music, and your choice of essential oil.
