Sanity — Local services in Chagrin Falls

I am very disappointed with Sanity and will no longer shop at this place. I purchased a pair of jeans 79.00 Brought them home and was going to wear the out . I removed the tags . When I put them on they were too big . I had all the tags and the receipt. I took them back today , they would not refund or even let me exchange them . I never wore them . So now I’m stuck with a pair of 79.00 jeans that do not fit. They said the policy is because I removed the tags they would not help me . Very poor policy and customer satisfaction!!!!!! Word of mouth is the best advertisement. I often shop at Sanity . They do not deserve my hard earned money . Never again. Very rude...

I can't recommend Sanity enough to people! They have an eye for incredible clothing/accessories and I have found some of my absolute favorite staple pieces from here. The whole staff goes above and beyond with amazing customer service. They have options for shipping, pick up and delivery for free and each method is extremely fast! Sanity is a absolute staple in chagrin falls! Everything I own in my closet that I go back to time and time again and say to my self where is this from again it’s a good one, is from sanity! Beautifully curated, quality items, staff is always friendly and the stores owner throws the greatest events with amazing sales!
