Boost Mobile — Local services in Baker

Just got scammed by this store. I came in and asked for Z Fold 5 (an $1,800 phone I may add). The store employee assured me he had one coming in today. Told me to come back 6 hours from when I went in. I paid for it and everything. I came back and the phone came in right after I arrived. It was in a ziplock bag not a box. It was as they were closing. I asked the guy if it was new as it didn't look new. He assured me it was, and plugged it in and tested the call. Then he rushed for me to go on my way as to save me time. I figured he was being nice.

I noticed that the fold wasn't flat (the Z Fold 5, folds flat when shut) and thought he may have accidentally given me a 4. It had no battery so I couldn't tell until I got it home. I plugged it in, charged it, and found out it was a Z Fold 2! A 2!!! A 3 year old phone. Not only was it not new, it had a call logged in it from 10/23 and fingerprints all over the inside screens. The guy gave me a USED $500 (new) phone for an $1800 pricetag and a lie. As a new boost mobile customer, this is a HORRIBLE first impression. I promise, I'll be in there tomorrow bright and early...

I went into store and bought a new, the guy activated the phone and it made calls at the store. But I made it home, boom phone wouldn't have service couldn't make any calls. So went back in and guy work on it and say it's ready. Next day same stuff. Went in next day new girl was in store and she said she couldn't help me, I had to wait until the guy came in the next day. Went in Saturday and he was there, told him I wanted my money back or a phone that worked. He lied and said manager was going to come in the next day and give me another phone, but the next day was Sunday and I know they don't be open on Sundays! He was lying 🤥! So I got my phone finally fixed and I'm never going back to that store! Thinking about leaving boost for good when this phone gives out! That's my second time with a very bad experience!!!!! 👎 Good...
