It's OK so I was out running errands and needed a haircit's been a really long time since I've had one so this place had openings So I stopped in for a wash/ cut for my hair and a cut for my two-year-old the lady whom I was assigned to her customer service was a bit lacking she was really rough when it came to cutting my hair also making comments to humiliate me about the texture of my hair and why don't I take care of it and that I was losing a lot of hair when it comes to somebody owning a business people should educate themselves that other things cause hair loss besides Not taking care of your hair Like hormone issues and especially as a woman I felt humiliated and so embarrassed by this she was also very rough when washing my hair combing and cutting she was just very rough causing more breakage and kept arguing that it was my fault for not taking care of my hair Also she kept answering the phone and she even facetime her granddaughter while she was cutting my child's hair which is very unprofessional even to the point of paying A Bill she was in the middle of a haircut giving other her card number and just carrying on a conversation while the phone was on speaker to me this is just unprofessional I will not be going back she kept criticizing my hair type and upsell me on products Just a lot of unprofessionalism the cut itself is OK it's lacking texture which that's what I went in for it's a very basic haircut like the year 2010 and and it It's 3" shorter than what I had asked for it's not update style for 50$ oh well...

Went in for a haircut and brought a picture in for reference. I gave that man clear instructions and he somehow still messed it up. He cut it shorter than what he promised, he reduced my hair volume by 50%, and he cut my layers uneven and choppy. He then tried to blame me and gaslight me to believe it was my fault and that’s how I asked for it. Then he tried to charge me $50 for styling. Also I’d like to mention that when you get there, everybody starts fighting to see who will cut your hair and they make you feel so uncomfortable right off the bat. Please don’t go here. They’re not properly trained, are rude and unprofessional, and way too expense for the type of awful services...

this place is so unprofessional and the lady who did my hair was going to leave my hair all patchy if it wasn’t for my mom who came and saw the back of my head when i couldn’t see but when my mom told her that it doesn’t look good the lady got mad and said it was what i asked for which it wasn’t. After my mom said no and that if it was even what i asked it shouldn’t look that bad then the lady started calling her ridiculous and a ridiculous old lady (mind you my mom looks way younger than her) charged $205 so we told her to redye my hair and fix it so she did but then left me with wet hair so overall horrible experience and so unprofessional...
