I needed some electrical fuses urgently, but they weren’t available anywhere in town. My salesperson, Jeff Watts, went above and beyond—he picked up the fuses from Los Angeles and had them delivered to me the very next morning. Other suppliers told me it would take a week or more to get them in. Thanks to Jeff’s effort, my customer was thrilled we got their A/C back up and running so quickly—especially in this heat! I (an nationwide customer) came in to get a price on a 4 wire temporary grounding termination cable. Not an off the shelf kind of product. I went into the office to get inside sales and the Gexpro rude representative in there told me to go to counter sales. Like counter sales have the time and knowledge to look up an odd item. I tried to explain it but apparently this Gexpro representative does not want this national customer....
