My recent visits and information received from friends concerning our recent experiences while shopping here wasn't a pleasant experience. Employees bad attitudes, outright rudeness, lazy work ethic, and basically treating the customers like we're inconveniencing them by coming in and shopping. The only areas of the store that complaints are about is the most important part of the store, POS the check-outs. I bought 6 items that I had on a list, so I wanted a quick in and out. It took me less than 10 minutes to gather those items, when I got to the check-out there was a gentleman being checked out with a dozen or so items, but had a price dispute over grapes. Manager was called and went with customer to check while the young male cashier finished scanning the remaining items, but the last item wasn't in the system, and instead of going and looking to see what the shelf price tag said he stood there until the customer returned, and didn't call out to the manager until he was almost back to the meat wall. So basically it took me twice as long as the check-out than it took to shop. Should've taken less than 15 minutes total, instead it was almost 30 minutes, ridiculous! If they don't want to work and do their job, they need to let someone who does want to work have their job, but either way their discontentment with the job, their supervisors, or being employed is not the customers fault. Very unprofessional behavior! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI live in Indiana and was on the phone with my mother in law while she was in Harps in Bald Knob. My MIL was looking for an item and couldnāt find it. Being the lady that she is, she would never ask, so I put her on hold and called the main number.
A wonderful lady named Christina answered the phone and knew who my MIL was and disconnected, found her in the store, and helped her find the item.
I have most likely, lived in a larger city too long, but this kind of service is UNHEARD of. Christina is an amazing and wonderful person.
