I’m only out this way about twice a year. Every time we stop at this sonic location, we experience the best costumer service we have ever had at any sonic drive in. A++ rating. It’s amazing how much the people care about customer service here. I’m not a big fan of sonic drive in’s because of several reasons. At any other sonic location, we experience long wait, poor quality food, terrible attitudes, and always leave with regret that we even stopped there. THIS SONIC is the polar opposite. I would even say this sonic can be compared to Chick-fil-A’s level of customer service. Here’s how it went down. It started with a large order. I was ordering for 7 people. I had a long text message of what all to order. I pulled into this Sonic, parked, and pressed the talk button. A very polite person answered the button call, and thanked me for choosing That Sonic. I quickly pointed out that I had a large order, and that I’m reading from a list of what to go. She said, ok that’s fine, I’ll go slow to make sure they get my entire order. Cool, off to a good start. I proceeded to slowly give my order, and paused after I said each item. She would repeat each item to ensure accuracy, and patiently listened for my next item. I stumbled with wording, while trying to read from my text message list (without my reading glasses, that was rough). Still, she patiently listened to me and helped whenever I had a question. After all said and done, I had order $62 in food (ouch). She still was very patient and still pleasant to deal with. After I announced I finally was finished, she said ok, let me read all this back to you to make sure we got your entire order correct. I was nervous. At most other fast food restaurants, when they goto repeating my order; it’s a scrambled mess. It’s hard to know if they have my order correct when it’s all jumbled together. Not this time!!! The order on the screen was in the exact order in which I gave it to her. She slowly read over my entire order in the exact order I gave it to her. Thank goodness!!! It made it so easy to match what my list was to the list they received. It was a perfect match. Awesome!!! She said thank you, and sated they start cooking my food. It wasn’t too long before two people were asked out to my car holding a lot of food. It was the girl that took my order and someone to help her carry it. She says “I like to repeat your order in the way ai had ordered and to hand me the food as she does so, Cool. She did perfect, everything was just right, fresh and hot After the last food was handed to me, I just had to give a tip (Which I normally don’t do at fast food restaurants). Read moreI was on my way home to Batesville from Searcy and I stopped and placeed an order of a Cheeseburger, Fries, and a drink. It did not take them anytime to have my food brought to me by a very sweet young lady which I gave her a tip for being so polite. The food was hot and very good. And my drink was full; had to sip some out before inserting the straw. Keep it up Sonic in Bald Knob, Arkansas. I was reading some of the other reviews and someone mentioned it is a Sonic all Sonics serve the same food. Yes you are right all Sonics serve the same food but they do not have the same workers at every Sonic. I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name that brought my food to me because I would mention her name and suggest that she is given a raise for being so polite. Waitesss was just fine and apologetic but while she was there she witnessed me eat a mozzarella stick that had no cheese inside just the casing, more than half my order was like that. So I requested while she was still at the car after she saw me eat it with her own eyes there’s nothing in. I asked her to remake it, then A MANGER comes out and DEMANDS I show her the sticks before handing my replacement. I grab the crumpled up bag on my floor (obviously not going to eat them) right in front of her and show her. She proceeds to finally give me the replacement and basically accusing me of being a scammer. Bless her heart but look at my sonics account and would obviously show I am very repeat customer and never had to return anything or get anything refunded....
