Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bald Knob

Worst. Taco Bell. Ever. When I got here, I ordered and 20 minutes later I finally got my food. There were other people there waiting with me as well who had been there a bit before me. They claimed that they were out of chicken even though I didn't order anything with chicken in it. The drink machine was out of order, and so was the women's bathroom. The food tasted good overall, but when I finished and was ready to leave, I went to go get a refill for my drive. I had to stand at the counter for about 10 minutes while 3 different employees walked past me, glanced at me, and then walked on. Not a single person asked if I need anything. I eventually was able to get the attention of an employee who was disgruntled I was bothering her to get me refill. This is entirely unacceptable and completely ruined my experience there. We paid an extra 75 cents per item for sauce and did not get it. When we raised the issue a manager was called. She was unconcerned and went to the office. I waited awkwardly for two minutes before going and sitting down. The manager returned and the clerk spoke with her briefly. She went back into the office.
