The Baldwin Park Grocery Outlet is a true gem in the community! Great buys on different cuts of meat, a huge variety of cheeses, and wine. They always have good deals as well on kitchen ware and household goods as well as the cutest garden decorations!

The customer service is second to none! The cashiers are all kind and personable! And the owner, Sam, is a down to earth, hardworking man who I have had the pleasure of meeting. He cares about his store and its customers!

Five months ago, during Christmas, I actually had my groceries paid for as I won the "free groceries" when I spun the wheel during their special Christmas event for customers complete with warm drinks and pan dulce (sweet bread). What an awesome store to do that!

Even more recently, I had the unfortunate experience to witness a couple steal from the store by walking out with a basket filled with food without paying. It was awful to witness! Grocery Outlet may be a corporation but each store is independently owned by a small business owner and theft hurts them greatly.

Worst grocery outlet that I have been to both in Northern and Southern CA. I am boycotting the Baldwin Park Store as I has the worst guest experience while I tried shopping there. Christian and Brenda both think they own the store. I never had been racial profiled in a store or told I could not take my backpack with me when I had my medications and valuables over $100 in it. I will be filing a formal complaint with my attorney and Grocery outlet corporation against the way I was treated by Christian and I followed store policy and left my other bags at the register and did not feel it was necessary to be followed around the store. Hire loss prevention if you think people are out to steal from your store. I walked out buying less than $10 worth of groceries they way I was treated by the store employees and was looking to spent lots more. We can settle this the legal way if that's how you want to play Baldwin Park Grocery Outlet or we can settle this out if court with a grocery gift card. As my Google account goes, I have mentioned several times that only give reviews to either the best or the worst Luckily, I haven’t found a worse than I have Ad but this place grocery outlet will be my favorite now. They got my favorite drinks like five dollars above the regular price. My friend told me I wouldn’t believe him so I decided to go and make sure as I walked in there.
