I have been coming to this place for years. I have never had an issue with them. Except for today when I ordered chili cheese fries, got to work and there was absolutely no cheese. I called in to let them know and told them I could send them a picture. However their response was that I had to drive all the way back with the food so that they can see there was no cheese. I am highly disappointed because I was already at work and was willing to send them a photo. It was a waste of my time. I manage a restaurant for 7 years prior to being a manager at my current job that is not in the food district. Never would I have forced to customer to come all the way back to show me. I like to support local businesses. But this made me think again. Made a phone order since it’s closed to lunch time. Order was no more than $15. When I went to pay. Cashier wouldn’t allow me to swipe my card because it didn’t have a name on the card or a chip. It’s a debit card where I get payed direct deposit. They were so difficult. I wasn’t going to go to an ATM for them and come back and eat cold food.
