Whoever is in charge of this place really needs to handle up on their people. We walked in had one employee laying down in a booth another kicked back sideways in the other booth on a phone then you also had a customer trying to get his ice cream right that they screwed up and totally messed his order up. We left there didn't even order. If this was just 2 mins after walking in how would our order be so we left and went to the Pineville DQ there we was greated at the door with a good evening and held our door we placed our order and was eating within 5 mins and they had 3 full tables and a line in the drive through. Ball DQ dropped the ball it was nasty and poor management Pineville gets the win Tonight.
Also a homeless lady walked in and was counting change to get a drink so I walked up like to get a refill and told the Pineville staff whatever she gets to drink add a meal to it and I will pay it when she leaves well I went to pay it and I, the one wanting to do a good deed was told it was taking care of and the manager payed it for the lady. Pineville is the DQ for me. Thank yall for restoring some faith in me for decant people left...

The moment we walked through the door, we both could feel the tension in this restaurant. The workers were arguing about not being trained in making a food item. We were nice to everyone so we could not understand why these workers had such a horrible attitude. In addition, the ice cream they made for us was runny and had no taste. My root-beer float was more of a root-beer drink. The management at the Ball, LA needs to gather this team together, find out what is affecting their performances, and settle their differences. Please perform a quality assurance test on your ice-cream machines - the ice cream is runny and tasteless. The customer always come first - at this Dairy Queen, the customer comes last. If someone does not want to work there, please leave because the customers are being affected by the negative atmosphere. Please fix this issue. For now, my family and I will not return to this...
Read moreFelt I was a bother. Went because I saw am online deal showing a 99 cent blizzard with the purchase of a meal (or something to the effect). Get there and order 4 meals for my family and mention the deal I saw online and the cashier looked at me as if I had gone mad. I explained again and they said, "we don't do that here." No offering to check or anything I could tell they had no idea what I was talking about. It wouldn't have hurt to ask a manager real quick they weren't busy. But instead I just a crazy look with a snappy remark. So I just went ahead and paid for it all. When we sat down I looked up the deal on the DQ website and when I was brought our food I showed the guy the deal online and he just shrugged his shoulders and said "IDK."...
