CT Nails — Local services in Baltimore

I went there for the first time two weeks ago, and the guy (little brother aka dolla bill or something like that) did my nails and he was very talkative and friendly but couldn’t sit still and was all over the place. I ended up being in there over an hour and a half for a full set gel. Anyways before I left he asked me to take him home and not to say it out loud so that his big brother (the other man, I assume that runs the place) couldn’t hear, he then told me he was gonna walk down to the 711 and meet me and shhh don’t say nothing. I left went to my car and and the Big Brother came out and asked if I was taken him home and was like no no don’t take him leave. This situation kinda made me feel uncomfortable and I know the big brother was trying to help me. The worse part is after I got home literally 4 days later my nails started to come up like while touching my hair and it gets stuck and then popped off smh! I went in the first time under the new ownership to get a fill. Everyone was super nice, however, there was some small cuts made by the nail tech. No biggie I went in to get another set yesterday and didn’t expect to come out with cuts all over my fingers again!! These were made not only with the drill under my nails BUT also with a hand held file. I don’t usually submit reviews but I had to on this one. If these cuts are being made with a hand held file, I can’t be the only one, which is very unsanitary to those who have their nails done in this establishment. It appears that Jenny is quite the great tech who has an abundance of clients so if you do go here, make an appointment for her or don’t go at all…. this nail salon is such a great community establishment! The customer service is incredible, and the actual nail care is phenomenal! If you want a very good manicure and pedicure that really get to the nitty-gritty, this is your place! If you want people who give deep massages when you order a deluxe, and they have working massage chairs, as well as complementary champagne and water, this is your place! they also have really amazing music taste! I’ve never needed to pop my headphones in while I was there, which is very helpful when you wanna get something specific done on your nails. Whenever I need something special done to my nails, I can always go to my girl, Tina!
