I booked this business for a sweet 16 birthday party. The decor in the photos was provided by me. I have a hospitality background, so my expectations were clear and high. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing . I will say instructions were followed as far as presentation and menu. The food was good not spectacular but good nonetheless. Despite months of communication and the owner of Flair cuisine attending a walk-through of the venue with me, The team was unprepared and understaffed for my event. This led to slow service and delayed dinner for my guests. They were even given the option to enter the venue early to prep , which was declined. The menu was not very intricate. It consisted of a appetizers, a taco station, chicken tenders, french fries and mini crabcakes. In my opinion there was nothing that should've been difficult too push out on time. Even once the food was out items like plates, napkins, and serving utensils were missing which further caused further delay. Lastly, I contracted for 100 headcount and ended up with about 70 guests. I was not offer any leftovers to be boxed up. Where did the food I paid for go? To the next event for another client? The owner did offer me 50% off a future contract however, I am extremely hesitant to book again based on...
