Shamrock Inn — Restaurant in Baltimore

Nobody likes to be harassed by old, fat, bald men—and this is the clientele attracted by this dilapidated bar (it is not an inn, this is an embarrassingly misleading misstep on the part of the owner). However, their beer is cheap, and the management must be somewhat open to new ideas because they held an indie/punk show there recently. It was quite good. Perhaps if they raised the prices, they could recycle some money into the building so it's a little less (sorry) trashy. The men's room was absolutely horrifying, even before the showgoers arrived. The bartender was nice, but I can't imagine the folks that I saw there were good tippers.

This is a good place to stop in if you're poor or unafraid of hygienic sins. Also if obvious mismanagement of a property doesn't bother you. But it was a mostly pleasant experience. I shudder to think about the old baldie harassing women, though....

After two bad experiences there I still went back because its a great local bar. My last experience there will most defiantly have me not go back. I supported this local business even when his doors were closed due to covid. I went in there a few times and the last time I was threatened and verbally acosted . yet Terry still allowed her back in. And told me not to talk to him about her. So Terry if you want that kind of loser in your business. I wont be back! Your loss becsuse neither will my family or friends. Choose losers Terry...then your bar...

The shamrock inn is a very nice place to be at anytime day night weekday or weekend there are never any loud unruly crowds that fight or argue anything like that is a very calm atmosphere the bars owner Terry is a great person and makes excellent food I would say the best Reuben in Baltimore hands down if you play pool there are a lot of people who provide above average competition in a very friendly manner it is just a all-around great place to be to get out...
