there is an option of giving a business a 0 or even a negative star.. I definitely would! This bakery was a nightmare for me! I ordered two birthdays cake from them almost a month before my children's birthdays.. One cake, i opted not to purchase because, first, they were giving me an all white cake ( the cake that i ordered had lego bricks colors on it)..baker tried to fix it by adding colors to it.. The colors that she added did not match the colors i wanted, cake was lopsided! When i told the baker that was an ugly cake she was selling me, her response was, "oh, you have to go somewhere else if you don't like this cake!" I ended up going to Sam's Club to get my son's birthday cake! The second cake i ordered was a barbie doll cake... Gown's color was supposedly pink (accdg to their cake catalog)..but they made it old rose pink. I decided to purchase the 2nd cake since it was okay looking eventhough the gown's color was different..But that cake didn't even taste good.. It was dry & did not taste fresh.. It tasted stale! I was very disappointed because i thought i picked a good bake shop for my children's cakes bec of the great reviews online but the experience i had with them was...

I love my pastries. That being said, I love this place. It's fresh, sweet, scrumptious, everything you want in a local bakery.

I especially love this place because everything is made fresh that morning and anything left over is donated to a local soup kitchen.

I love their original crumble. Perfect with a warm cup of coffee. The flavor in the lemon pastry was perfect, so was the custard in the Boston creme. The Marshmallow donut was too sweet for me but my sister loves it. All the glazes are made at the bakery and they are amazing. I do wish they had a super dark version is their chocolate glaze.

I didn't get to try the regular glazed because they were out when I got there. But I hear they are amazing. So if you want the regular glazed, get there early as possible.

The pastries are good...customer service not so much.. This is my second time giving them a chance. Called to see if they had my favorite cakes available, (coconut cake, coconut pastries, and the lil jam cookies) the woman answered crassly "no" and hung up on me. On a separate occasion, the woman answered the phone in the middle of servicing me and then proceeded to touch all of my pastries with the same hands she used for the dirty phone. She did not wash her when requested, as another customer said "not to worry" , I will give her props for changing the gloves though. After this, she then stuck her whole arm. sleeves and all into my bag to place the pastries. Never spending...
