I have been there since 2004 had a hardship ..god got me ...i had ten days to my things ...everybody was booked up ..long storie short . I called them on weds march the 19th nobody picked up the phone ...i went over there thursday march20th morning that was the last day...only to find out they had a meeting out of town so that was not my fault ...i called them on friday they said you have until 4pm to get your things or you cant get them they will be put in the trash.i got there late it took me a min to get a mover...i ask i i could get and extra hour or 2 they told me no i had to go how ignorant they lied and said i was the one being rude ...and the maintance man that girl donye and the other lady was rude and ignorant they they let that title they have they think they could talk to anybody any kind of way...they wouldnt even let my nephew get the things my parents gave me they are no longer here people need to know who they hire ..they just hire anything ...for the fact that they wouldnt let me get my parents things they gave me says a lot about who...

This place is horrible I have been living here for3 years I COULD NOT BE MORE serious PLEASE stay away for your own good my apartment been leaking for 3 years they don’t coke fix any problems my pipes burst over 15 times the ceiling fell on me I was living in a mold infestation everything got damaged due to water and mold and floods I HAVE PICTURES AND everything they left me In there with no heat they gave me space heaters I had got sick from the mold MY SINKS OVER FLOW WITH WATER ALL OVER THE HOUSE they STILL HAVE YET TO MOVE ME I’ve never been through anything like this it’s beyond stressful sad and embarrassing yes this is Oct 18th 2018 this is REAL they NEED TO BE REPORTED...

My resident experience is good but could be great if I didnt have to deal with rude, unprofessional work staff when things get frustrating and also if their time management along with maintenance time management were better when you need something fixed or done in your unit. Also someone needs to stay on top of the laundry room which is never clean as well as inside the washers and dryers, hallways etc. Also if maintenance stop walking in your unit when they feel like it and the leasing office should put a note in your door and not the mailbox, so residents can be accurately informed before things happen. I would rate between 3-4 stars,...
